Hotel a Varanasi con piscina

Questo è un hotel molto pulito. La posizione è buona, l'ambiente circostante è buono, quindi non ho problemi. Inoltre, il servizio è buono, ho dimenticato il convertitore, ma grazie per essere disposto a noleggiare un hotel di lusso.

Amazing place to stay n loving staff mainly Pem, Ravi ,Prachi n Jyothi Thanq for your hospitality n making us so comfortable Very near n clean n near to all the amenities near by Food n breakfast also awesome Used their hotel cab service also good n price also reasonable n it’s worth n feel safe if ur tourist n also no need to have a guide also Can request the room environment of our choice quiet , near lift or away etc Over all very good if i have any membership or any rewards u can check staff have lots of patience to hear us n provide the details Thanq again

I vitelli dell'hotel hanno un servizio molto cattivo in termini di pulizia, servizio in camera, ecc. Non hanno risposto in tempo. Neanche al momento del check-out nessuno era li' per portare i nostri sacchetti, trolley, ecc. Non c'era sufficiente parcheggio per la macchina. Una cattiva esperienza mi è venuta di fronte.

The Hotel is located in a rather congested area without a shred of greenery. The check in was quick and the room was kept ready. A few structural fallacies in the room were realised only later by me. The glass  door of the shower cubicle had almost 2.5 inches space at he bottom and an inch on the sides. With the result water would pour out on taking a bath and wet the entire wash room. The shower heads were also blocked and it was not a happy experience having the plumber working in the toilet on a ladder for almost an hour trying to clean the shower heads. Regarding housekeeping , on day 2 of my stay the housekeeping arrived after repeated calls to the reception only at 5 pm and on day 3 they came at 2 pm only on personally complaining at the reception. This was unacceptable since all our towels were already utilised in mopping the wet floor in the washroom. There is only one restaurant in the Hotel where I found the staff very cordial and friendly though the menu could be more elaborate…. it definitely was not up to the industry standard which would justify the costs. In a nutshell you could try the Hotel out provided you are prepared to deal with the few lacunae that exist at this point of time.

Hotel stay was very useful and comfortable staffs are also good and food is also very delicious and tasty
