Hotel con piscina a Bengkong

We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights. The room was clean and neat. Check in was fast and hassle free. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the villa is good, walking distance to nearby seafood restaurant. Distance to shopping malls is not too far too as you can easily get a Gojek there. It is around 6km to BCS mall and A2 food court. One down side I feel was the lack of variety for the breakfast, it would be good if there is buffet spread. The music from the neighbouring cafe/pub was pretty loud till which could disturb guests who may be there to chill n relax. It didn't bother me very much probably I was tired out so slept pretty well. Overall a pleasant experience staying in this resort. Highly recommended for couples who wish to have a romantic getaway.

La camera è pulita e pulita con TV a schermo piatto. Solo in fondo non ci sono scarpe da bagno. Localizzazione saggia, 10/10. Molti negozi di cibo e convenienza nelle vicinanze. Anche i mercati notturni sono intorno alla zona. Per le attività, ci sono go-karts, carnival, parco tematico acquatico e molto altro per voi per indulgere. In generale, è un buon posto per stare qui. Ci siamo rimasti qui per 5 giorni e in generale soddisfatti della nostra esperienza.

I visit Batam almost every week and this is my favorite hotel! Since July 22, I estimate I have stayed 40-50 nights in the past 11 months. On paper, this is a 3 star hotel. But the rooms and facilities feel like 4 stars, and the staff is 5 stars. A big Thank You! to all the staff who made my stay enjoyable. To Mugi, and the rest of the Reception staff, thank you for always being cheerful and helpful. Thank you the restaurant staff who are always helpful, even in the face of my unusual requests. And to the always smiling lady who collects laundry who makes always takes that extra step in effort and service. What is great: The rooms are largish and clean. The decor is bright and cheery. The bed, pillows and bolsters are the best in Batam. I get the best night's sleep here! The shower has good pressure and the water is nice and hot. And again, the staff is FANTASTIC! What is no so great: The breakfast is average. The WiFi has improved and is fast but sometimes there are outages. But this may be more of a Batam thing than a Hotel thing. What you may think is bad but is not really: The location. There are no shopping centers or shops nearby that you can easily walk to. But the location is actually pretty ok. Because it is near Nagoya, you can usually get a Grab in less than 5 minutes. And Grab is pretty affordable in Batam. The hotel is about 10 minutes from Harbour Bay and 15 minutes from Batam Center. It is 10 minutes from Nagoya hill and 15 minutes from Grand Batam. Plus, the hotel sits on a hill. From the top floor bistro, you can see the sea (and Singapore) 270 degrees around! Il personale Darma e Kenzi dalla ricezione erano amichevoli e utili. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, l'aria condizionata era forte. Possono sentire le persone parlare al corridoio. Wifi era debole per la maggior parte del tempo. La posizione deve prendere ovunque. Il prezzo è ragionevole fm 20k a 50k entro 10 minuti di viaggio. Non sprecare tempo a colazione a meno che non si desidera riempire qualcosa di cibo nel vostro stomaco. In generale, ancora raccomandato per questo hotel per il prezzo.

The FO staff is nice and friendly, work fast, and when i check in, the hotel is crowd, turn out this hotel was usually use for government gathering event. When i checkout i notice there are 2 school event on the same day celebrate graduation day. The hotel rate is good rate for planning events here. I also get good price deal through this apps. On weekend so many tourist stay here and they also provided shuttle bus on schedule. I like the welcome drink, it taste good. THE ROOM SIZE IS BIG and spacious even for superior type of room, on other hotel it might be deluxe size already. For Family, i guess this hotel is verry good to bring kids, because they got swimming pools for adults and kids. The communal toilet on first floor is clean, and they took fire hazard prevention verry seriously, because i notice some spot is well equipped with the fire extinguisher and big water hose. Even they got staff scheduled on board written not far from swimming pools access. They got billiard tables for guest to play and live music every night when i stay there. They got Pub/Club if want to spend time with friends. I like the room, because its soundproof, complete amneties, fast dry hair dryer and clean bathup. I wish i can put more photos than 20 picture. Near Golden Prawn Restaurant, walking distance. Even the security guard is polite and always smile. Verry good service. Its worth every penny to stay at this hotel. I really recommend to stay here. Dont get fooled by outside old looks, because inside interior is well maintain.
