Cute 2 bedroom detached Spanish style cottage with shared heated pool. Sleeps 4 adults. Joel is one of two outdoor cats I have and he hangs out here on the back porch. In total I have three small cottages on a oversized city lot with three private outdoor spaces and a heated pools everyone shares.I live in one of the cottages.The house was remodeled in 2024 and has 2 queen bedrooms with a second flat screen TV in one bedroom and desk for an office in the second. This cottage is at the front of the property and has its own private entrance and outdoor and covered patios. Finished to a high standard the 1931 cottage is just 1 block to Lucerne Avenue and two blocks to the main downtown district, Publix supermarket and Starbucks. You are less than a mile to the Lake Worth Public Beach on Palm Beach Island. The cottage shares the pool with the Casita Azul (also on VRBO). All are on a large privacy fenced lot. There is ample free parking on the street with off street parking for one car. There are separate lounge and dining areas, separate gas BBQ grilles for each house and free separate laundry facilities. The cottage has a full kitchen with gas stove, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
