"Perfetto soggiorno non troppo lontano dalla città, con un clima freddo in un affascinante contesto di villaggio francese.

"It was a pleasant stay for families with budget. Kids can enjoy swimming pool and parents can enjoy hot water pool. Breakfast was good even with limited variety. Lunch & dinner need to go to Bentong town as ala carte choice very limited. Staffs very helpful and friendly especially at the kitchen. Lift broken on our second day of stay and we’re at the third floor 😅"

"Il servizio era molto buono e il bevanda di benvenuto era grande! Bella camera e letto, abbiamo una camera di montagna, sarebbe bello se potessimo avere un piano superiore, ma perché abbiamo controllato in precedenza, così solo la camera inferiore era disponibile. "Overall stay it was brilliant! Here are some important tips I’d like to share :
1. The check-in for this Windmill Homestay it is managed at Swiss Garden Hotel. We went to the Windmill Hotel counter just to be asked to reroute to Swiss Garden Hotel.
Check-in was seamless and very quick.
2. We were given Block A, so parking is next to Bila-Bila Mart. It is FREE but you have to call the hotel lobby everytime you exit.
3. The room comes with 1 tube of shampoo and 1 tube of body shower. Either you ask for extra tubes in advance or bring your own.
4. The 2 bedroom apartment provides basic kitchenette facilities which was very convenient. Microwave and a stove and even a laundry machine.
The only downside of the place was, it was next to a construction area so you’ll be woken up by the sound of the construction works."

"Hotel location is after a very happening area, a little bit dark at night. But quite and peaceful. (However room soundproofing can be improved). Size of room is spacious.
Hotel swimming pool is quite good in size, breakfast is typical Malaysian buffet breakfast, nasi lemak, curry, noodles, porridge, roti Canai, salad bar, bread and pastry, cereal bar etc.....
Water pressure is good.
Every floor have water station, so, can refill easily.
Showel gel, shampoo, toothbrush, shower cap was provided.
Hotel is very kind to help arrange the room for me due to I am attending activities and at same time wanted to pre deco the room by myself for later stay with family. You can always write in and ask for certain arrangements.

"The stay location was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The lift access card was very insensitive, and we had to ”gosok-gosok” it repeatedly just to get it to work — even the staff acknowledged this workaround.
The bathroom flooded whenever we took a shower, and the water heater didn’t work even after leaving it on for over 30 minutes, as instructed. How it affects if bringing kids or elderly.
There was no air conditioning, only a fan. Also, the hanging bed lamp kept swinging and hitting the wall when the fan was on, creating an annoying noise.
We hope these issues can be improved for future guests."

Access card for lift cannot be used and customer service asked us to deal with hotel’s security guard (HELLO WE CANT EVEN USED THE LIFT SO HOW WE WANT TO GO DOWN AND MEET THE GUARD), thank god some good people helped us during when up.
Only room was comfortable, but at 1.30am we smell cigarette from another room."

"Booked a Deluxe Studio chalet of 1queen4singles. They can also provide you 6singles instead. Its a chalet with 2 rooms 2 bath 1 living hall & a balcony. Requested for wheelchair friendly space/area, but lucky enough to get a unit closest to the main walkways not far from our vehicles parked. The wooden Chalet is nice and clean giving you a kampung vibes abit. No refrigerator ya. Outside of the unit is a bbq pit with sink right in front of each chalet. Love the morning breeze here. Quiet and serene. May take a drive along the road to pack some outside foods from cafes or foodstalls not far from the place too. One of our family members needed to check out later than 12, contacted admin and Mr Raymond, within seconds its sorted. Yes they are very attentive to their whatsapp and other medium of communication. Contact them 3,2 days prior to your arrival just to double check and confirmation process. Not necessarily to do so, its just me, i will do that every time.
Overally, we enjoyed our stay there. The only thing that cut the fun part is the no-fridge-thing, we are with babies and kids, so they have full cream milk and stuff that we bring along. But thats okay. We managed, we actually brought an ice box.."

赢赢无名Stayed at Genting Awana Resort and really enjoyed the experience. The resort is surrounded by greenery, giving a peaceful retreat away from the busy hilltop crowd. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Facilities like the heated pool and golf course are well maintained, and the shuttle service to SkyAvenue is very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A great choice if you prefer a quieter stay while still being close to Genting Highlands attractions.

It’s very cheap — only around RM100 per night including tax! Really affordable and super worth it! The room is also spacious. Parking can be waived for free!
Cons:
It’s about a 20-minute drive up to Genting First World (about 10 minutes drive down from Genting to the hotel). The location is a bit far and secluded. The reception, parking, and hotel entrance are quite far apart. Every time you go out, you need to get the parking waived, change elevators, and walk quite a bit. After getting our room card and parking ticket, we had to go to the 7th floor, exit the lift, and switch to another elevator just to get to the one that leads to the rooms. We noticed it wasn’t just us — everyone seemed lost and confused. The directions and signage were really unclear. Every time we went out, someone was asking for directions.

La posizione di questo hotel è a circa 4 km, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla principale Avenida Genting Sky.
Non ha molte tazze, quindi andiamo solo al Hard Rock Café sul 50° piano.
Pros:
Tutti i membri del personale, compresa la guardia di sicurezza, ci fanno sentire benvenuti quando arrivano alle stanze.
Il parcheggio è gratuito, è necessario solo convalidare prima di uscire.
Ho chiesto una camera a pavimento alto, con vista sulla montagna e un semplice deco e tutto quello che hanno organizzato per me 😉
La pulizia è fantastica, nessun odore strano come altri commentati

It might be a bit confusing for some people to find their hotel room since they have lots of towers but if you follow the instructions and signs, you will find your room. Will come here again for sure 😊 oh you can just watch the sunrise from the hotel too!

UUtente ospiteThis was the first time I stayed at this hotel . It's surprisingly good. Though I had to check in at the car park , it was a breeze.
I'm very pleased with the room, it's clean, the view was spectacular. There's a shuttle bus service to the genting highlands first world hotel, though you have to pay 7 ringgit for 1 trip, and make sure you make your booking in advance.
I'll recommend it to anyone who wishes to enjoy the fresh air and avoid the crowd of the first world hotel.

TTayThe check-in area is very confusing... Why can't they place the lobby on the ground floor of the main building together with the car park? The signage is not very clear, and customers were made to criss-cross among different buildings. The staff is not very well trained.
I have the same negative feedback from other guests when we talk in the hotel area.
Won't be staying there again. Getting to Genting Sky Arena is a big hassle and they charge you for the shuttle bus.
