Hotel con piscina a Kuching Division

"Il mio recente soggiorno all'Hilton Hotel Kuching è stato caratterizzato dalla sua posizione eccezionale e da alcune caratteristiche degne di nota. Innanzitutto, la posizione strategica dell'hotel vicino al lungomare e a pochi passi da varie attrazioni, tra cui ristoranti, negozi di souvenir e i famosi outlet ”kek lapis Sarawak”, ha migliorato notevolmente il mio soggiorno. Questa comodità è stata sicuramente un vantaggio. Al mio arrivo alle 16:00, ho riscontrato un piccolo inconveniente poiché l'hotel era al completo e non c'erano camere disponibili per il check-in. Tuttavia, il cortese personale della reception ha prontamente risolto il problema. Hanno gentilmente richiesto una breve attesa mentre veniva preparata una stanza per me, e durante questo periodo mi è stato offerto un drink di benvenuto al bar della hall. La lobby stessa emanava un'atmosfera piacevole con un'ampia illuminazione. Alla fine ho fatto il check-in intorno alle 17:30. La stanza che alla fine occupai era deliziosa, offriva pulizia e ordine. Sembrava essere stato rinnovato di recente, poiché c'era un leggero odore di vernice. Un suggerimento per l'hotel potrebbe essere quello di introdurre fragranze piacevoli per gli ambienti per alleviare questo problema. La camera offriva una vista pittoresca sul fiume Sarawak, migliorando la mia esperienza. Anche il bagno era pulito e soddisfacente. Le opzioni per la colazione in hotel erano abbondanti, anche se ho notato una ripetizione nel menu durante il mio soggiorno di 4 giorni. L'ultimo giorno del mio soggiorno, ho deciso di fare colazione in un kopitiam vicino a causa di questa ripetizione. Spero che l'hotel possa introdurre più varietà nella scelta della colazione. Tuttavia, ci sono stati alcuni aspetti negativi del mio soggiorno. L'hotel era in fase di ristrutturazione, pertanto la disponibilità delle camere era limitata. Inoltre, la palestra era un po' più piccola e durante il mio soggiorno non c'era la sauna a causa dei lavori di ristrutturazione. Inoltre, solo due ascensori erano operativi per gli ospiti, il che a volte causava ritardi. Nonostante questi piccoli inconvenienti, l'Hilton Hotel Kuching offre una posizione fantastica, camere confortevoli e un personale cortese. Menzioni speciali vanno ai membri del personale della reception Petros e Ivan, che sono stati gentili, e Liz, che è stata particolarmente disponibile e calorosa durante il servizio di colazione."

"Hotel was opened / renovated not too long ago, still looking fresh and new. Conveniently located near the waterfront area and close to many popular food and coffee places. Staff was friendly, helpful and polite"

"This is probably my 5th or 6th time staying at The Waterfront Hoteland for good reason! It remains my favourite hotel in the city. The view from the room is simply magnificent, whether day or night, and always takes my breath away. I absolutely love the pool area it’s such a relaxing spot to unwind, especially with the scenic backdrop. Another major plus is the hotel’s direct connection to the mall, which makes shopping and dining super convenient without having to leave the building. The room is well-equipped with complete toiletries, which I really appreciate. Everything is kept clean and comfortable, making each stay feel like a mini escape. One small downside: the toilet floor tends to be quite slippery. Although a small toilet mat is provided, it doesn’t quite cover enough area to prevent slipping, so that’s something to be cautious about."

"We enjoyed our stay. Although, I expected that you could go to the beach but you can't go and swim in it. The maintenance outside could do some improvement especially the pool and pool area needs a renovation. The chairs and lounges are not taken care of. The towels are just there and getting rained on. The rooms was nice even there was a small issue with the airconditioner but they addressed it immediately. We loved the food. Everything we ate there was delicious. Kudos to the chef and restaurant staff."

"Scorto soggiorno nella suite di famiglia e nella suite di re, arrivato domenica pomeriggio e lasciato lunedì pomeriggio, così limitate attività. Le camere erano pulite e pulite, la suite re ha visto la piscina più grande e il bar di Coconut. I bambini si divertovano nella piscina dei bambini, ma anche in una piscina più grande, e giocavano sulla spiaggia. La piscina è buona per una visita di pomeriggio, poiché i bug morti nella piscina prendono un po' di tempo per il personale a pulire tutta la mattina. Non ha avuto la possibilità di provare il centro benessere, come è stato chiuso lunedì."

"To be honest, I am very shocked to find out this hotel is currently under upgrading. You heard noice of drilling during day time. The family room that I was staying is abit dated. The dust on the bathroom counter top is missed. The small fridge is barely functioning ( not cool). Add to that, the hotel doesn’t offer complimentary parking for driving guests. Their basement carparks is closed for renovation. The reserved carparks in front of their hotel lobby entrance is reserved for their staffs! However, I have to say the services from the doorman, the security and the room cleaning crew are awesome. They are super polite and really accommodating. Always offer their generous smile s and helping hand. I wish these are the qualities of the check in front desk would have 😢 When I finally checked out, there is no expression of regret from the staff for the noice and inconveniences for the guests staying at the hotel at this renovation time. They should have offered me free stay or any token of appreciation. Nothing! I spend 3 nights staying at that hotel but not able to enjoy the staycation. Truly disappointed. I will never go back to Pullman anymore."
