Siamo molto contenti e soddisfatti di questa guesthouse. Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte insieme alla nostra bimba di 10 mesi e tutto è stato perfetto. Stanza spaziosa, pulita, riscaldata e con tutto. Buona la colazione dove mi hanno preparato una omelette enorme. Disponibilità di parcheggio interno e sicuro. I ragazzi alla reception molto carini e disponibili. Lo consiglierei

Piacevole, ben organizzato e pulito. Peccato che il servizio in questa struttura è dedicato all'ospite solo poche ore, infatti dopo le 18 chiude hall e ristorazione. Un servizio a metà, e poi l'assenza di elettricità è deprimente.

We had a really pleasant stay at this great accomodation. Friendly people, a great breakfast at the terras, comfortable room, your car getting washed and a really safe part of Swellendam. Enough restaurants in walking distance. We loved our stay.

We loved our stay here- the guest house is so cute, little apartments which are extremely well equipped with a big fridge, water, coffe, tee- someone gave it quite some thought and since we stayed in 6 apartments during our travels through South Africa we found this one extraordinary. We felt so at home although we only stayed the night. The garden is a dream, it is quiet, yet the kids have a pool to play in and a garden to explore. Loved the breakfast- we had espresso AND a milk foam maker:-) which made me very happy. Freshly cut fruit, fresh eggs and pancakes- everything prepaed with love and thought. Loved it- and they even washed our car:-)

Stunning quiet bed and breakfast with restaurant where we stayed two nights. We should have stayed four as it is so peaceful and there is so much to do around Swellendam. It has a secure parking area and a swimming pool. Our room was the biggest and most spacious room we have ever slept in 50 years of travelling. It was about 45 square meters. Aan de Spruit. With views to the mountains with a secure fence at the end of the private deck and garden river that gives onto a babbling stream. Birdlife all around. This place is heaven Then the breakfast is immaculate and sumptuous. So much to choose from and wonderful attentive staff. Simply faultless. And we should have stayed longer. And we will be back We walked up to the waterfall. Need good shoes and even if you can’t make it all the way to the waterfall go half way just to experience some African forest and bush. Delightful. 50 rand entrance fee worth it Do not leave without visiting the museum which is a charming collection of old thatched houses. Donation is asked of what you think worthwhile. A gem of a museum showing how the early settlers lived and their forge and mill etc. fabulous and a great tourist information point which strangely is not supported by the town council. Why ever not? This has to be a huge oversight that needs revisited soonest. Swellendam is a gem of a place.

Feeling awesome after a long drive being met by super welcoming, friendly and helpfull staff. We will definately stay at Aan de Eike if we ever travel through Swellendam again.

The location was perfect, just off the N2 and close to local restaurants. Lovely breakfast. The view of the sun setting over the mountains from the balcony was beautiful. We did find it a bit cold but then spotted a heater downstairs when packing up to leave in the morning.

We stayed here for one night as a family of three with our young son. It is a very peaceful, leafy location with a pool, Mountain Views and is a short walk to lots of nice restaurants and cafes. The room we had was very spacious with lots of room for us and all our luggage. It was also very well secured so we felt safe at night. We had a lovely meal at Field & Fork around the corner for NYE, and were able to walk from the guesthouse. There are lots of places to sit in the grounds and enjoy the views! Breakfast was included and was lovely and freshly prepared that morning.

A stop over before heading home after a week in Plettenberg Bay - so as not to undo the relaxing time away and avoiding the drivers wanting to get back to Cape Town in 3 hours. What a wonderful town to stop in and find this wonderful Guest house - helpful staff and breakfasts choices to tempt you to eating to your hearts desire. Can't diet with these choices!!. Everything's well organized and stunning rooms and garden area. Safe secure parking aswell.

From the greeting to the end of the visit the best of the best Franklin, the room staff, breakfast staff and cleaning staff not a disgruntled face all friendly and makes you feel at home. Beautiful and very clean accommodation under the glorious Langenberg Highly recommended
