We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The accommodation was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would like to sincerely thank the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great location of the hotel, right next to the city center. Excellent service, I would like to thank especially Áďa and Týna - they are awesome! :) Delicious and very rich breakfast, enough of everything. Beautiful room with a comfy bed and superb shower, I always appreciate a good tea set. The teddy bear was the best thing ever. :D One of the best hotels I've ever been to and I travel a lot. I'll be happy to come back. Výborná lokalita, opravdu hned v centru. Vynikající servis, především bych chtěla vyzdvihnout Áďu a Týnu, které se o nás staraly - slečny jsou naprosto skvělé! :) Chutné a bohaté snídaně, studené i teplé a všeho dost. Nádherný pokoj s pohodlnou postelí a skvělou sprchou, čajový servis vždy ocením. Medvídek byl nejlepší. :D Jeden s nejlepších hotelů, v jakém jsem kdy bydlela a to cestuji opravdu často. Velice ráda se zase někdy vrátím.

We had a great stay at Pytloun City Boutique Hotel. Our room had a large terrace, which was a lovely addition, though the room itself was a bit small. However, since we mainly used it for sleeping and showering, it didn’t affect our experience. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, including a healthy corner which we appreciated. Self-check-in was really easy to use thanks to the detailed instructions provided before our arrival. One thing to note is the pre-authorization of 2,000 CZK per room, but this seems like a standard procedure. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short 7-minute walk to the city center, with a bus station located right in front of the hotel. We also highly recommend the nearby Chicago Bar & Grill. The food was delicious, the service was excellent , and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, a great stay in a perfect location. We would definitely return!

Great communication with the staff members Adél and Týna, both by phone when booking in advance and on the spot and during the accommodation, very helpful staff. The position of the hotel is absolutely perfect, we really liked the location of the room with a view of the center and Ještěd. It was very pleasant to be in the center and at the same time on the top floor and watch the events below and around. The breakfast was amazing, it's very hard to go back to the daily routine :) The room optically enlarged by a lot of mirrors was cozy and comfortable, we are thinking about another visit :)

I spent one night at this hotel. The hotel was located on the fifth floor of a commercial building. When I got there, the large entrance hall was completely empty. It confused me a bit. Then I found out that I have to take the elevator to the hotel. The lower floors of the building housed offices and doctors' surgeries. My room was small but cozy. There was a terrace that was as big as the room. The bathroom was separated from the room by a glass wall. The walls were quite thin, so you could hear all the noise from the corridor and also the TV on in the next room. Fortunately, it was quiet at night here. No one was walking in the hallway or had the TV on loud. The breakfast was excellent. It was possible to sit inside or on the terrace. Check in and check out was quick. The staff were nice and helpful.
