Premier Fort Beach Hotel

Excellent hotel! Clean and tidy with well maintained common areas. Diverse and delicious food. Every night there is a new thematic show.

Positives - very clean and well maintained throughout the hotel and grounds. Great pools and water slides. On site shops have everything you need and are reasonably priced. Pool bar food is lovely and great service. Easy access to beach. Playgrounds got children. Only negative is the kids entertainment/club. Worst I have experienced from numerous holidays. The actual kids club area is small and untidy. The staff make no effort to entertain or even acknowledge the children. They do not ask for their names or any contact details. They do not sign children in and out, which is unsafe. There were barely any other children there as a result of this. Children"s activities that are provided are poor. On the first day my 6 year old painted a t shirt which cost 30 Lev. It took about 20 minutes and was then expected to leave as there were no other activities planned. In the afternoon they had another activity in a different random location which involved painting a small model. It was late starting. They sat him on his own and there was zero interaction from the staff. Again, he was told to go when he had finished, in around 10 minutes, and was allowed to wander off. My child usually loves kids club and we always choose hotels that provide it. This was the first one we've experienced that hasn't been good and that my son hasn't wanted to go to and we've not felt safe sending him to. This is the only thing that let's the hotel down.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Everything was great. Top location sea view, just enjoy on your holiday. We will back again.

Food is perfect!!! Just the pool is cold. Friendly staff! Clean and good location! Beach is near and nice! Price is correct!!!!

We went to the hotel in August this year great location right on the beach really clean with cleaners keeping it nice, really safe area and plenty of places to eat, Luxor and Cervice on the beach are both nice. Entertainment is great, they never stop and really want you to have a good time , Edi is amazing and made our holiday so much fun. We got the deluxe two bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed plus the second bathroom worth having.

The best vacation in a while! Clean rooms, friendly staff, all amenities at hand. Superb location from which we could visit other interesting places - Nessebar, Burgas. Special mention for the huge pool with 2 great slides. A perfect experience for a family with 2 children!
