Hotel & Spa Tino Sveti Stefan

Breakfast and dinner are included and the dinner buffet was the worst food I’ve had. It resembled hospital food, cheapest meat possible, cold dishes and the free water they gave us had bits of food floating in it. We never ate dinner again and when we asked if we can get anything else in lieu of the dinner voucher, the answer was no ( not even a bottle of water). Morning of checkout we found a mouse or rat in our bedroom. Huge hole under the sink infested with rat poop. Refused to refund us and instead, offered us 2 free nights (hahahahahah). Mold in bathroom and dust everywhere. Absolute disgrace, do not stay here.

A wonderful experience, a wonderful SPA hotel. We have stayed here in the past and every time we are delighted again. Wonderful and plentiful breakfast and lunch, wonderful and kind staff. Two wonderful heated pools and a SPA center. We will be left with wonderful memories of this family stay. See you next time.

This was the worst accommodation that I have ever stayed in. No wardrobe a rail with 4 coathangers! We had a really dark dingy room at the back facing the woods. A premier Inn is luxurious compared to this. The kettle didn't work the single beds were tiny although comfortable. The bathroom was really tiny and it took 3 days to get fresh towels. The food what can I say not the greatest my husband gave up trying to cut through his fried egg and ditto with the chicken. A very poor selection indeed. Breakfast was a little better though. Travelling with a Titan tour I was expecting their normal high standard of hotel. After our first week in a superb hotel in Tirana this was just shocking. The staff in general were pleasant enough. I certainly wouldn't advise this hotel if you are looking for 4 star experience. As others have said it was a taxi or bus into Ohrid which is absolutely stunning.Just because it has two pools doesn't make it a 4star hotel. As previous reviewers hve said no outdoor area for a coffee and no lounge to sit in after dinner.

Rooms spotless, cleaned every day and towel changes , pool area does get busy with children but never put us off ,lovely walk takes approx 45mins into Ohrid which is on a lovely flat path/rd .

Recently stayed here for a week as part of a TUI package with breakfast included. Really enjoyed our stay- the hotel was clean, pool area was clean and the waiting staff were very friendly and nice. We ate at the restaurant most days and the food was really good, cheap and great portion sizes. Had a great week here

Overall great hotel, I would recommend, there are lots of pros, a few cons PROS Very friendly staff - everyone is great :D Helpful, the fridge in our room broke and they fixed it straight away Good location, very close to the lake, only a short taxi ride to Ohrid Pool area really great Great views from our room, restaurant and pool THE SPA!! it was free and I loved it :D Restaurant was great - they accommodated my vegan requirements Very clean Lots of other pros CONS Aircon in the room was not the best, maybe could do with an upgrade They have a parrot that is kept in a small cage at the pool bar :( I hope they upgrade his enclosure The spa was only meant to be 12y and up but some guest took their children in...not sure what the hotel can do about this though as I guess its more about the guests being dim! You do have to cross a road to get to the lake(can be busy at times but not overall bad) There isn't much around the hotel, better to go to Ohrid - this is kinda a PRO too as it means its not noisy or anything :) I would stay again overall a really lovely hotel ＜3
