Hotel in zona Tongli Lake, Suzhou

This resort is truly an amazing place to visit in Suzhou. Very clean , beautiful and children oriented. There are hardly any part of it that doesn’t have any activity for babies. The behaviours of staffs are also up to the mark and more specifically the lady named Yu Ting was very co-operative.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 10 month old during Golden Week. Pros: - Hotel is self-contained and there is no need to leave the hotel. There are large and well-maintained grounds for our daily walks with baby, including museums and traditional pagodas dotted throughout the property. There is a chinese, western (steak, pizza) and japanese (teppanyaki) restaurant within the hotel. There is also a kids play room and swimming pool, along with some other kid friendly activities like rabbit feeding and games on the lawn. - The hotel is right next to the lake and is quite beautiful. It's very relaxing to stroll along the lake. - There is an ancient town about 15 minutes walk from the hotel's main lobby. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the ancient town too. - Staff are generally friendly and helpful - Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby. - Hotel is affordable by international standards - Hotel is less than 2 hours drive from Shanghai, where we live - We particularly enjoyed the teppenyaki restaurant where you can get a private room and a private chef to cook your meals - Despite it being Golden Week, we didn't feel that the hotel was too crowded. Perhaps because the hotel has large grounds. Cons - The baby cot given to us had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress. To compensate, we were given a comforter to pad the mattress. However, this is unsafe for younger babies, who should sleep on a firm surface. - The property and facilities are a bit dated - There were very loud weddings on the lawn facing the lake each day that we were at the hotel. The loud music and emceeing disturbed the peaceful ambience of the place, and also disrupted baby's morning and afternoon naps. For families with children who still need to nap in the day, it may be better to stay in a quieter garden view room instead of a room facing the lake.

很乾凈，就在退思園後面，離主街不遠，很安靜。我到時給老闆打了個電話就去智軌車站接我了，還安慰我説北方人來這會覺得冷，果真如此，幸好準備了厚厚的睡衣，還開了一夜的空調，睡着後一覺到天明，退房時老闆又把我送到智軌站，有事兒問老闆回消息超快。推薦的酒家的飯很好吃。

Anche la stanza è buona, pulita e igienica, ma l'unico inconveniente è che l'insonorizzazione della stanza non è molto buona, si sente se qualcuno parla fuori. Ma la notte in cui ero libero, nessuno si muoveva o parlava, quindi è stato tranquillo tutta la notte. Anche il servizio clienti è buono. Inizialmente avevo prenotato una camera al primo piano e mi hanno aiutato a passare a una camera al secondo piano gratuitamente. L'esperienza complessiva è piuttosto buona.

L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto caldo, con piccoli ponti, acqua corrente, fiori e piante! Il capo è stato molto gentile, siamo arrivati ​​all'hotel verso le 11 di sera ed è venuto a prenderci di persona perché di notte faceva molto freddo, ci ha anche acceso l'aria condizionata in anticipo! We booked 5 rooms for a family of 7, each room with difference design and concept. The home stay is located in the Tongli Ancient Town with shop & restaurant surrounding. The facility of the kitchen was so so and can be better. Beside the cleanliness need to be improved especially the bed underneath with thick dust which accidentally spotted.

Very good hotel, nice lobby and rooms, friendly stuff. I really liked the wall panel with Chinese folklore theme in the lobby. Breakfast corresponds to Hilton. Some inconvenience of the hotel's location is compensated by the great view from the window.

來蘇州灣的橙天嘉禾看360度影秀劇，定了4號 線地鐵支線越溪站附近這家比較新的維也納。比起地鐵站邊上的維也納感覺新。辦理入住的時候，邊上還有咖啡機和各種消夏茶水。 一走進大堂就覺得酒店大氣，房間面積正好，但是感覺挺明亮，房間面對小馬路，聲音比較安靜。 酒店對面有個花園類似的，環境不錯。
