Tongli Lake Resort (Phase II)

We were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂 The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally. For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁 Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

This resort is truly an amazing place to visit in Suzhou. Very clean , beautiful and children oriented. There are hardly any part of it that doesn’t have any activity for babies. The behaviours of staffs are also up to the mark and more specifically the lady named Yu Ting was very co-operative.

同裏湖度假村真是親子游的理想之地！活動豐富多彩，桌球、小童樂園等設施讓孩子們玩得不亦樂乎。特別要提的是，管家餘婷的服務真是太到位了，細心周到，讓我們感受到了家的温暖。最令人驚喜的是，酒店最後還贈送了旅拍服務，攝影師技術高超，給我們全家拍了一張超棒的集體照，留下了美好的回憶。強烈推薦給各位想要親子游的家長們！

房間離同裏湖很近,國慶避開人流,在小道走走,湖邊坐坐,遊游泳,蒸蒸桑拿。有小動物可以喂。 外賣可以用房間電話打6001送房間。 酒店服務很好,還沒到之前酒店就按排了管家康文傑,預訂免費去同裏古鎮的班車,多增加了孩子的洗漱用品以及提供了一系列優質的服務。

在網站上看見了這家酒店，據説主打親子，那當然要帶家人來體驗體驗，到了酒店後果然沒有讓我失望，酒店不僅大堂裝修精美，每個工作人員服務也非常到位，不管走到哪裡都有人跟你問好，辦完入住到房間後也非常的乾淨整潔，窗外風景也很不錯，酒店設施也很齊全，還有專屬管家添加微信，我的管家是餘婷，給我介紹了各個營業點的時間，泳池，小朋友玩的地方，酒店離同裏古鎮也很近，步行就可以到，很方便，可惜這兩天下雨，還有很多沒有玩到，之後有時間還會再來入住，整體是一個很不錯的體驗。

國慶帶娃出遊，主打輕鬆休閑，網上對比了同裏湖大飯店和同裏湖度假村二期，貌似二期更加新一點……這次預訂的是高級雙床房。 酒店前一天有電話來訪，告知第二天會兩大一小入住，並通知了會有管家添加微信，在入住酒店之前管家並沒有主動詢問相關事宜和需求～ 第二天12點左右到店，沒有空房，還在打掃，半小時之後打掃完畢，給了5樓靠近電梯的房間。樓層不錯～可惜進了房間後有些失望～房間的設施非常陳舊，而且到處都散發著黴斑……這怎麼能達到親子酒店的衞生標準？高級房的陽台正對居民樓，景觀不好。再説餐飲，早餐和晚餐的自助餐中規中矩，節假日還是人手不足，總是在等補貨，擦台等等。酒店的娛樂設施，小童活動區分為好幾個房間和區域，但是衞生條件一般～陶藝吧和桌球需要額外收費～游泳館人不多，大池水有點冷，小童池的水很温暖～洗澡區的衞生設施需要改進！酒店外景色不錯，臨湖，樹木也多，微風習習，很愜意！ 酒店的前台貌似經驗不足，但是大堂經理人很和善，工作人員見了面也會主動打招呼，晚上還會贈送小點心～ 整個酒店最大的印象就是……硬件落後不足，全靠軟件來湊……這麼一個優勢的地理位置的酒店，希望能提升硬件之後加之更加優秀的服務為大家帶來全新的體驗！
