The service is good, the receptionist were helpful to us , and they clean our room everyday.

I would like to share an interesting experience I had staying at this hotel.
A friend invited me to Suzhou, and something unexpected occurred. We ended up in a hotel room that I had initially booked. After I checked in, I realized that I had booked a motel instead of the hotel I had intended to stay in. I looked up the closest hotel and also a chain hotel, and I decided to stay there for one night.
The somewhat unusual thing is that the receptionist kindly suggested I cancel my Trip.com reservation and make a new one at the desk, as it might be a better deal.
I was quite disappointed because it was my first experience with this particular brand.
Based on my experience in Suzhou, I would be unlikely to select this hotel as a future accommodation option.

酒店環境很好，入住的時候前台服務態度特別好，給了瓶裝温水，還可以自行挑選房間位置。房間內的裝修很漂亮（大概是我住到最漂亮的房間了，這個顏色搭配和裝修風格我很喜歡），很新但是沒有氣味。衞生間的馬桶竟然還會加熱和自動沖水🫡床頭也有軟包擋板，很貼心。房間整體衞生很乾凈，沒有異味。外賣是用可愛的小機器人送上來的！早飯很好吃😭退房的態度也很好，還送了我們小禮物😭😭下次還會來住的這酒店太好了😭😭😭

酒店位於蘇州工業園區，春節期間入住，周圍環境非常好，路上幾乎都沒有人，很安靜。酒店早餐比較有特色，周邊有鄰里中心吃飯也方便。酒店離地鐵站很近，1號線到金雞湖月光碼頭，東方之門都很方便。

環境一級棒，服務一級棒，帶小孩兒出來遊玩，就想訂個乾淨，衞生，環境好還便宜的酒店，找了好多家看中了漢庭，果然不負所望，前台小姐姐小哥哥又美又帥，服務也很好！！下次來還住這兒，去哪兒打個車也不遠，附近也有地鐵！！yyds！！

設施：設施齊全完備，沒有損壞的
衞生：很乾凈，無論是大堂還是房間都很乾凈整潔
環境：很適合去奧體看演唱會的姐妹們居住，地鐵三站就能到場館，距離地鐵站300m左右，也很方便
服務：前台每一位小姐姐小哥哥都很nice，還有給看演唱會的顧客準備了小周邊 超級貼心，大堂還有汪汪的海報，很懂追星er！

這家漢庭酒店非常不錯，帶孩子出來玩就想選乾淨衞生的酒店，這家完全符合，服務態度還好，退房時還給拿了温水和小禮物，非常貼心！
