Nonostante l'hotel sia in una zona centrale, la stanza è molto silenziosa. Il servizio della sorella alla reception è molto buono! È stato molto paziente e ci ha aiutato a trasportare i bagagli. Mandateci al ristorante per la colazione e alla casa da tè ad aspettare! La camera è molto pulita e dispone di servizi completi. Cibo e bevande in camera sono gratuiti. Non è previsto alcun costo per il parcheggio con chiave, il che è raro! (Il parcheggio qui è molto costoso) Pingjiang Road è proprio fuori dalla porta, è molto vivace, ci sono molte belle donne a Hanfu! È stata un'esperienza di soggiorno davvero utile e lo consiglierei agli amici della zona!

Location was good. Room was very spacious and very comfortable. The hotel gave us free Suzhou opera show which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was interesting as you'd need to walk over to a nearby restaurant. Tidbits were provided in the room too!! :) Highly recommended.

設施：沒有低枕頭，我頸椎不好所以很致命，自己買了一個；早飯品類太少了。
衞生：整體還不錯
環境：很好，有個小院子，早上在小院子站一會挺舒服
服務：特別好，每一個人都特別好，包括早飯服務的小哥，忙的團團轉，態度依然好。
酒店位置很好，在平江路轉悠特別方便

房間空間舒適溫馨，還有一個搖椅，服務親切熱心，由於酒店門口不能停車，飯店櫃檯先傳打車地址給我們，打車到酒店附近，服務人員（肖肖）還出來帶我們，櫃檯也可以幫我們代收包裹送到房間，總體體驗還不錯，點讚！

臨近平江路（南）麪，步行去觀前街（買手信）, 拙政園，藕園，古城牆都很方便。酒店前台小姐姐很熱心，服務周到，看到我攜帶長者，還特意幫忙我們提行李到打車點，好感動! 房間很舒適，暖氣很有力，還有一張搖搖椅，適合爺爺休息。很愛酒店準備的小點心，贈送的評彈也在附近。

總體還是不錯的，這裏屬於老城區，在平江路還是很方便，離地鐵也不算遠，每次溜達的就可以去。另外就是工作人員服務很好，主動幫忙拿箱子，對於不清楚的也能及時給予幫助。
