This is my second stay and the Staff is outstanding! Breakfast is tasty. Special shoutout to Carry for mailing my cellphone that I left behind. Very thankful!

Very nice b&b and the room was really nice and had a fireplace. The only negative is walls are thin and we could hear others talking after we went to bed. We highly recommend and would stay again.

We only stayed one night due to unforeseen circumstances. The owner came and met us when we were early, gave us an upgraded room. We have been on an extended trip around California, and this was by far the most comfortable bed we had our entire trip. A Victorian room with up to date features, I would highly recommend this inn to anyone!

Staff was very nice. Was the wife's bday and Kelli out together a nice charcuterie tray with wine and snacks and in our room upon arrival. :)

The Inn's owner made us feel like family. She had great suggestions for activities and restaurants for us to visit. She was always available, or her staff was if we needed anything.

The rooms are spacious, and in the winter, nice and warm. I used the fireplace (automatic and worked well). They made a breakfast plate for me as I had to leave very early, and it was good and plentiful. There was a glitch in the town’s water supply, not the hotel’s fault. The staff called and apologized. I recommend this Inn.

My wife and I had an overnight stay in Sutter Creek a couple of weeks before Chris**as (2023) and stayed at the Inn at 161. It is a very nice Inn, about a 5 minute walk to the Historic downtown. The staff (maybe the owner?) was exceptional. We had to charge our EV about 2 miles out of town and she offered to drive us to get the car. Turns out the Inn has EV charger stations but they are of the 110 outlet variety. Room was clean, very quiet at night, comfortable bed, and the continental breakfast--coffee/tea, bagels, danish, etc.--exceeded our expectations. No wait for hot water, which is a nice feature. Excellent value for the money.

The inn had a really cozy feel. My room was perfectly clean and even had a gas fire place. The staff were super friendly as well. I arrived on Thanksgiving Day and the staff made sure to call me so that I could make arrangements to get my room key. The bed was really soft which I liked. My dad didn't like the soft mattress as much so if you hate soft mattresses, you may want to take that into consideration. But if you want a nice cozy place for a reasonable price, I'd definitely stay here.
