Our beach house is conveniently located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway between the Outlet Malls, just over a 3-mile drive from the Rehoboth Beach bandstand at the boardwalk and Main St. and also easily accessible by car to Dewey Beach and points south, as well as the historic town of Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park. It has a large deck, yard and outdoor shower. Family friendly; pets welcome. New for 2019: new carpeting, frig, stove and beds.About pets:Pets allowed.We are pet friendly..About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.One of the bedrooms is in a fish theme..About customRules:Please do not let your dogs run wild. They should be on a leash or tie line when outdoors..If you wish to use our linen we simply ask that you launder anything you may use for the benefit of the next guest.,Schedule for trash pick-up is in guest notebook. If you are present on a Sunday, please roll bin(s) to end of driveway..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.Smoking is permitted outside only please..About events:Events allowed.Notify owner in advance.

Great place convenient location to all the tourists attractions. Close to the beach. Not a bad place to rest and relax.

Good
Quiet neighborhood and convenient and close to various amenities, beaches including Cape Henelopen, Gordon’s Pond and Rehoboth. The main screen door would close and you couldn’t use the front door. In master bathroom the tub was a little difficult to get in and out of due to the step.

Nice location. Poor Maintenance
Scheduled to stay 3 nights. Left following 2nd night. Uncomfortable with the unclenliness, odor, presence of dark areas on the ceilings and lack of proper maintenance. Nice location. Poor maintenance.

Quick getaway while selling house!
Overall our stay was really nice! Property owner was fantastic with communication and really welcoming and quick to respond! Dana's place was very homey feeling and offered just what we needed for a near last minute trip!

It's good
We stayed for a long weekend. The neighborhood is nice. The screen door flops open & is inside the front door. The main bathroom toilet rocks in place.

This property was quiet, easily accessible, and close to shops and restaurants on Route 1. It is a short drive to downtown Rehoboth and Lewes. The house itself is very comfortable and has a large backyard and deck. It was a very relaxing home away from home. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location
The home is centrally located, but needs lots of maintenance and a deep cleaning! The sliding glass door handle was hanging loose, making it difficult to use the deck. The light above the washer and dryer didn’t work, and had to use our phone flashlight to see the dials. The range hood was hanging off its location. Also, spider webs everywhere as well as a major issue with ants. The dining room light is filthy, and so is the coffee table. The guest bathroom tub didn’t drain either.

Had a great stay
Was comfortable, homy, and clean! Enjoyed how close it was to Giant and Wawa, and the drive to the beach was short.
