Ground floor, no steps. Lots of parking and large fenced pool. Screened in patio opens to the beach and ocean. This is a direct ocean front unit. You can walk off the rear deck to the beach. We are on ground level, no stairs. We have added 2 outside security cameras in the hall leading to our unit for security.
