Well stocked kitchen - including a Keurig and Crockpot! New smart TVs in living room and bedrooms (except bunk room). All TVs have YouTube TV, and the living room TV also has Netflix and Disney+. We are on the 2nd floor but you'll have to walk up 2 flights of stairs as there is covered parking underneath the building. Also, parking is extremely limited. There is ONLY ONE assigned space that is yours for your stay under the building, plus 4 "first come first serve" spots in front of the building. Surfside does not allow street parking. Please plan accordingly and bring one car whenever possible, two at most. **Completely non-smoking unit. Balcony is included as well. No exceptions!** DISCLOSURE ~ THERE IS ONE SECURITY CAMERA LOCATED IN THE ENTRY AT THE FRONT DOOR. THIS IS USED TO VERIFY THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ON THE RENTAL CONTRACT IS ACCURATE AND VERIFY THE NO PET RULE IS BEING FOLLOWED. THERE ARE NO OTHER SECURITY CAMERAS IN THE UNIT.
