The Mark at Surfside, Apt. 1

This is motel style, bottom floor apartment. It has two queen bedrooms with one bathroom. Within the bathroom is a stand-up shower, and bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo set, and hand soap. Kitchen with coffee pot, dishes, and utensils provided. There is a Roku smart TV in the living room and Wi-Fi throughout the entire property. The bedrooms and living room have a window unit with AC, fan, and heating. Bench outside of the unit for your use. Outdoor area with picnic tables, and charcoal grills. Please bring your own charcoal and grilling utensils if you intend to use the grill. Neat, clean, safe, and affordable place to stay less than a block from the beach. *The Village of Surfside has always had issues with its water. It has a bit of an off color, odor and flavor. We have installed a filtration system to help with this and the water is safe for use, but it doesn't fully remove these issues.
