Hotel Mantra a Surfers Paradise

Excellent stay, friendly staff. We will definitely would like to come again staying at Mantra! Simply the best!

The location is perfect and centrally located in the heart of shopping centres, walking distance to the beach and night life. Great rooms on the 22nd floor. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is spacious for up to 3/4 people. The downside for us was that the staff at the reception told us that there wasn't a restaurant located in the hotel when we enquired while checking in, so we went out to look for something to eat after we checked in to the hotel, only to get back to find a brochure in our room advertising a Cafe conveniently located in the hotel for guests. I highly recommend that the staff need to be informed of any changes in the hotel so that they are able to provide accurate information about the hotel to the guests. The check-in and check-out process was great, made conveniently for guests and staff, there's no long cues at the reception👍🏾 We'll definitely be returning.

Noi tre abbiamo messo un appartamento doppio bagno, molto spazioso!La posizione è anche magnifica, è molto conveniente ovunque.

L'appartamento è spazioso e comprende una cucina, lavastoviglie e asciugacapelli. Ho dovuto visitare la ricezione ogni giorno per raccogliere le attrezzature, ma il personale era amichevole. Una stazione ferroviaria leggera è convenientemente situato proprio fuori dalla porta posteriore. In generale, l'hotel ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative.

 Check in and check out very quickly. Staff was very friendly apartment very clean. The location was perfect. The pool was wonderful.  for sure we’ll be staying again in this hotel. 

Had a mini break for the weekend on surfers and absolutely cannot fault the location of this hotel!! Free parking too made it easy to park and forget about the car got the weekend!! Staff were friendly and although the room was a bit outdated, it did the job for family of 4 (2bed) Room needed a clean as there were still crumbs in the couch cracks and bathroom had a few hairs left. But I’d definitely return. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow for use of the pool and facilities, but there were lots of people in the indoor pool and gym!! Loved this place!!!

グレードアップしていただき 更に素晴らしかったです。 一部屋はオーシャンビューは素晴らしく 後二部屋もリバービューで素晴らしかったです。 ただバスタブの浴室の蛇口が壊れてて使えなかったと 上からのシャワーしかなく、ハンドシャワーも あれば良かったなと思いました。 シャワーだけのとバスタブ付きと二つもあり トイレと洗面台も二つあり大勢で泊まるのは 良いかと思います。 鍋も食器も全て揃ってるし、 レンジもオーブンもあるし 冷蔵庫もわりと大き目なので良かったです。 １週間滞在しましたが、ほとんど調理するには 全て揃ってて良かったです。 私は日本人なんで 炊飯器もあったら良かったかな。 スーパーも地下にあるし 食事する場所もあるし 海にも路面電車の駅にも水上バス停にも 近いし大満足です。 道路を挟んで公園だしお散歩も良かったです。 夕陽が綺麗でした。 朝はベランダから朝日だし最高です。 プールは中庭と室内にもあるし良かったです。 ５階の中庭は広く綺麗で日光浴するにも良きです。 また次回も機会があったら利用したいです。
