The room is not clean enough; there was dust on the glass wall behind the curtain, and a stain on the teacup that I had to clean it. I highly expected better, considering it's a 5-star hotel and residence. However the view and the location are incredible.

Fantastic beachfront hotel, giant lobby and warm welcome.

We had some issues but overall was ok. A bit disappointed with the spa and some service but again it was ok.

Super high pillow, unsuitable for most not to mention kids. Very weak water pressure at shower. Not enjoying it. Others all good.

The overall experience is very good. This’s a vacation for our family. The hotel offered us a room upgrade which is highly appreciated!

Could't check-in earlier, buffet breakfast was ok. But my son loved the pools and water was warm.

The hotel is nice and clean , the flower scent all around at the lobby. A lot of facilities included gym, warm water swimming pool , sauna, carpark etc. Breakfast buffet was great taste and cooked delicately. Most of all is the best service.

It was new hotel, and was first time for me to experience the Langham. Condition was very good,but the service was not perfect.

New hotel with fantastic sea view at Gold Coast. Take about 10 minutes walk to Glink and get the tram to surfers paradise easily. Stay at the hotel to enjoy relaxing and unforgettable vacation.
