Most of the service and the apartments are brilliant! But I don't understand, why I ordered two same apartments, and I got one on 28th floor with small acreage, yet another one is on 40th floor with big acreage and very nice view?

Spacious & clean room and great location. With all what you need for serviced apartment. 5 mins walk to the beach. Will come back again!

The location is unbeatable. Staying inside means you can save up the hassle of going up to the 72/F lookout. It is 2 blocks from the busiest area of Surfers’ Paradise which means it is convenient yet quiet enough. The view from the room is gorgeous. Free parking is available. The only problem we encountered was I was being charged $10 extra for asking for a replacement set of bedsheets as they were dirty. I reflected this to the manager upon check out but wasn’t addressed. I will give a 4 out of 5 for my stay with families here.

We were there for 2 nights with our family. We had the penthouse on 73 floor and the view was mesmerising. The location of the hotel is super convenient , the 3 pools, spa, sauna ,steam , gym they have gt it all. Lots of things to do. Would surely recommend

My Best choice in Gold Coast!!!!! I loved the view, scenery and the facilities. Definitely coming back!!!

Booked a one bedroom ocean spa apartment for 6 nights in Mid Oct 2024. Stayed on 38 floor. First impression when entering that apartment was "great view". Apartment is spacious and very clean, kitchen facility has stocked with many pot & pan and utensils, can make regular meals with no issue. Also has washer & dryer too. There is a jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom that is a bonus! We brought food from Coles supermarket (walking distance from Q1) and made breakfast and dinner. To get to Q1 resort from Gold Coast airtport, We brought a public transport card "GO" from shop in airport arrival hall, took the airport bus #777 from airport (30 minutes ride) to Broadbeach, transfer to the local tram, get off at Surfers Paradise stop. Q1 resort is right across the street. The whole ride is last than 45 minutes, cost only 50 cents AUD., great deal!! BTW, all bus & tram ride within Gold Coast area is 50 cents. So get a GO card. Just make sure you tap on and off with each ride.

3mins walk to beach, 5mins to surfers paradise. High building, very good view (2bedrooms sea view suit) If the resort could offer blackout curtains, it will be perfect.

Perfect for family trip!! Spacious, clean, swimming pool. The sunrise from the room was so beautiful.

My husband and I went to Queensland to visit the theme parks. It was the perfect location to get around, find food and things to do after 5. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. Beach was only up the road

There was an issue with the mattress and I requested reception to change it for us and see below how they left the room when we came back. Very disappointed with the service as well.
