DO NOT STAY HERE. Checked into this hotel to find ***** in the draw, blood stained sheets, half eaten sandwich and left over food in the fridge, left over baby clothes, dirty floors, blocked sinks and black mould. It has been 23 days and my refund of £306 has still not been sent back. Staff have been very unhelpful and completely insincere. Stay far away!!!

We were very impressed when arriving. The apartment was very clean, had everything you needed to feel like you are going from home to home. Also it was lovely and warm, especially as the temperature is dropping. Parking is a little on the tight side however there is a car park across the road which is super cheap so overall we were still very happy. Will certainly stay here again.

A very clean and comfortable apartment. Had all the amenities needed for the weekend stay. Even though the apartment is hot, there are plenty of fans provided to keep the rooms cool. There are lots of great pubs and restaurants nearby for eating out

Stayed for last night for one night after a full day in Chessington world of Adventures. So close it was perfect. We got the keys from the nearby hotel. Had to pay £200 deposit for each apartment I booked (pending in my account, hope it clears quickly as I'm away again tomorrow, will update review with this as can't comment yet) Both apartments booked were beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. No compalints from either families. We booked 2 one bedroom apartments one for us and one for friends. Our daughter slept in with my husband as I as the beds are huge! Or friends children slept on the sofa bed in their apartment and they said it was comfortable. Lots around, we managed to get a takeaway and more milk easily although having some milk, tea and coffee there when we got in was lovely and just what we needed. Next time we go to Chessington we will definitely be booking here again.

The Location was perfect for Hampton court and close to the town centre kitchen is in need of a tin opener and better fans as it was very hot but we had a great 2 day stay clean and comfortable would stay again staff polite and happy to help. The apartments are quiet and parking ideal

The apartment was really clean , spacious and very comfortable . The area is lovely and Quiet. Ideally suited for a family, close to Hampton Court. Beautiful town nearby called Thames Ditton with lovely restaurants and pubs on the river within walking distance . Area is very safe .
