Good location, nice hotel, the good quality is over standard Just one thing, when get into room, a used towel put on the bed, I assumed this used towel shall used hy previous guest but house keeping forget took away.

L'hotel era abbastanza ok. La pausa è stata molto buona 😌. Il personale di Recipton era buono. Ma il servizio in camera era scadente. La posizione è eccellente per uomini d'affari. È molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria principale di Surat. E zona molto vivace. Il mercato tessile è raggiungibile a piedi per gli uomini d'affari tessili.😊😊😊😊😊😊

Sono rimasto qui per più di 3 decenni in questo hotel. Il servizio e la cena erano eccellenti allora e anche ora dopo tanti anni. Le camere sono molto spaziose. E, più importante, c'è un'installazione per il conducente di rimanere all'hotel

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. And comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Thank you

The hotel is good in terms of spacious rooms, clean rooms, but they need to work on their maintenance. The basement parking was stinking. Their lifts had so many buttons missing. The washroom in the room was stinking not because of unclean toilets but their toilet duct for the building was unclean.

La stanza era comoda, ma c'era un problema nella serratura della porta, perché non si fermerebbe quando la porta si chiudeva e la porta doveva essere spinta un po'di piu' per la serratura della porta, oltre a che la stanza era comoda.

Conveniently located.. comfortable if you have business activities… As it is Surat is hardly a tourist friendly location… Cunning petty traders.. Unfortunately such bargaining culture is extended to reception desk.. The whole hotel was empty hardly few guests… out of the booked 2 rooms they upgraded one and asked to pay for the second… the only difference between the 2 rooms was just 1 floor apart and one was clean and other was messy… Good and adequate room services… I would rate 3.5 out of 5

We stayed here for three days and we were fully satisfied with the service. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. They even helped us with our luggage as we have so many bags with us and dropped us to the station and waited for our train to arrive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and very delicious. Also regular food was amazing. I stayed in many hotels but never experienced such wonderful hospitality. We genuinely enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend this hotel to other people. Thank you bellevue for making our stay comfortable and memorable.
