App rating vs actual hotel stay was horrible. The linen was smelling with bad laundry water(sewage. Linen was whitish but it was smelling horrible. The toilet was so small that u actually sit under the washbasin

Vetro inn surat is conveniently located near railway station and it has all the required facilities for a short or a long stay. Food was good and overall nice experience during my feb’23 stay.

Neat and clean. Location is near to surat station . Staff are polite . Breakfast was very nice with lot of variety. love this. Room is little small but ok for 1 night . Rest good stay.

The room was spacious but the door was not locking swiftly. The wood was old and expanded due to damp weather. Towels were not clean the bed backrest has pen marks the bedsheet was unclean and bed was making cracking sounds bathroom tub had towel rack placed at a dangerous location - it was nearly going to hit my eye. No hand towel. The cupboard was damaged from the back due to seepag. We just barely managed to put a blind eye and left. It was awful experience

They give me room on fifth floor but their elevator goes up to only fourth floor so i took my luggage my self and go by stairs in room there is no phone to call for any service no tea cattle in the room they give one normal water bottle no package bottle so i don’t recommend this hote to any one
