Nice place to stay.Home away from home.Very nice staff and tasty and variety of dishes in the breakfast menu. I have to specially thank two women receptionists who helped me to visit a dentist ( since I developed tooth ache) The staff is kind & generous. I wish this hotel management and staff / employees a good health & prosperity.

Hotel is worth it with price, menu breakfast in the resto much saverity and yummy, staff they are welcome with visitor, I left my watch in my room, and they were kind enough to find it and return it to me. Good choice if you stay in luminor hotel in Surabaya. View also good.

The Zest Hotel is a very wonderful and friendly hotel. I’m very happy with my stay. The staff, always smiling and ready to attend to your everyday needs. The restaurant on the 1st floor is very delicious and the employees there are always happy to serve you. Wonderful and delicious food. The room itself is wonderful too. The wifi works well and had no issues connecting to it. The bed is very comfortable. I got a wonderful view. Everything went well. I definitely will return next time. Thank you so much.

Service by the hotel staff was good, team was helpful and accommodating with requests. Room was mostly tidy, some slight spots of what looked like dirt on the bedsheets but nth major. Breakfast spread had enough variety and tasty Overall would recommend for business travellers or for short stays

nearby airport , 30mint distance from airport . room is beautiful n comfortable but the tower is dirty ,breakfast is not tasty . service is great . overall this hotel not matching with 5 star , consider 4 star hotel .

The hotel is very good and clean but seems to a staffing problem and air-conditioning issues our room was brilliant free mini bar 🍸 but to open your room door was awkward 😅 but in regards to service the breakfast was very disappointing the in black outfits seem to be busy on the phone texting while one girl was left to deal with clearing the tables and non of the foods was refilled so me my wife 4 dutchmen and an Indonesian family of 4 was left scraps of food or salad we could hear the worker giggling havinfun otherwise the place is good

La posizione è discutibile, perché bisogna vedere qual è l'itinerario del tour. Perché la posizione migliore sarebbe centrale. Ma nel complesso è un hotel piuttosto decente Non ha una colazione davvero impressionante, ma può cavarsela. Non direi che ne vale la pena. Ma l'atmosfera generale dell'hotel è piuttosto buona

However, I encountered a few cleanliness issues that affected my overall experience: Cobwebs on the sliding door, which made the space feel neglected. Stained bedsheets, which were disappointing and did not meet expected cleanliness standards.
