Ho scelto questo hotel perché offre una dimensione più grande con una tariffa più conveniente rispetto ad altri. La ricezione è molto utile soprattutto durante il mio tempo c/in quando ho chiesto piano superiore, amici che si trovano vicino / vicino alla mia camera e nello stesso piano (progresso considerato veloce). Gt diverse scelte di f & b nel ristorante durante la mia pausa. Bellboys molto utile. Ricorda di affermare il vostro drink benvenuto ya ....enjoy ~

È stato suggerito di aggiornare la suite junior da una signora molto piacevole al divano frontale. Ho deciso di avanzare con la proposta, che valeva così la pena.La suite junior mi concede l'accesso alla sala esecutiva. Quando sono arrivato lì, mi è stato servito da un cuoco estremamente accogliente, caldo e amichevole nome Alfred. Ci vuole tempo per introdurre i piatti con tanta passione e calore. Mi fa stare bene. Ha avuto un tempo estremamente piacevole a Sheraton grazie a lui. Il suo servizio è uno dei motivi per cui Sheraton è la scelta migliore per i successivi soggiorni ogni volta che in Surabaya (non menzionare il delizioso Rawon che serve sia il salone esecutivo che il ristorante lobby) L'altro personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole, sempre salutando i clienti con un sorriso. The room was clean and nice, However the sustainability efforts are lacking, I didn't need my towel to be changed daily and kept it on the rack, but yet it was changed every day. Once I came back to see all the lights and air-conditioning was on, likely running all day 10 am- 7pm + when I returned The lifts are super slow and only 1 coffee machine for the whole breakfast restaurant that needed addition of water all the days I was there

In generale, buone ma poche cose sono state notate : 1. Il tappeto al corridoio del livello è troppo polvere e sporco (necessità di pulire immediatamente). 2.Non c'è segno di non disturbare o pulire la mia stanza. 3. Prima di tenere le tole all'interno del bagno, si prega di controllare se sono buone o sgombrate nel mezzo. 4. Il personale dell'hotel, soprattutto alla reception, deve tenere un numero di Tour & Travels se non fornisce tali servizi per alleviare il problema. Il resto era tutto ok ... I recently spent my New Year's celebration at the Marriott Surabaya, and let me tell you, the first impression was like discovering a ”classic vinyl record”—a bit outdated yet full of charm! The decor leans towards the older side, but I was prepared for this vibe thanks to various reviews I had read. After settling in, I grew to love the cozy atmosphere—like wrapping myself in a warm blanket. The room was surprisingly spacious, offering more space than many newer hotels, making it feel like my own little oasis! The bathroom was also gleaming and roomy enough for an impromptu dance party, should the mood strike! Now, let’s dive into the breakfast experience at Pavilion. The cage-like design of the venue adds a unique touch, inviting plenty of sunlight—perfect for brightening up your morning. The buffet offered a wide array of dishes to satisfy international travelers' palates, making each breakfast an exciting adventure. The selection of Indonesian cuisines and desserts was particularly impressive. But what truly set Pavilion apart was the staff. They were superb and went above and beyond, taking the time to cater to us personally. They even recommended and brought out some local dishes—insider choices that added an authentic touch to our dining experience. In my past hotel breakfasts, the staff often just fulfilled their duties, but here, it felt more like breakfast with friends. That warmth and attentiveness made all the difference! And don’t miss out on the local flavors of ice cream! I can’t name the flavors since they’re all in local dialects, but they were heavenly and a fun challenge to try! For lunch and dinner, I found myself opting for room service several times because resisting their tempting menu was like ignoring a catchy tune stuck in your head. Each meal surpassed my expectations—purely irresistible! Another delightful surprise was the complimentary laundry service offered daily, which saved me after my waterfall adventure left me looking like a mud monster. And post-overnight trip to Bromo? I was practically a walking dust bunny! As I like to say, ”It's the little things that count,” and this thoughtful touch truly made a difference. Lastly, the hotel's location is fantastic! Just a short stroll away lies the biggest shopping mall—truly a haven for foodies and shoppers alike. Overall, my stay at the Marriott Surabaya was delightful, and I left with wonderful memories—definitely a place I’d recommend for a cozy yet vibrant experience!

Seconda permanenza qui! Ho un piano al 8° piano, non troppo male di vista, anche se preferisco tenerlo su un piano più alto. Il servizio rimane impeccabile.Grande camera grande e bagno pulito! La colazione giornaliera ti renderebbe distrutto per la scelta. Situazione al centro della strada Tunjungan, dove di notte viene in vita con pedoni che godono la notte. Molte bevande anche intorno! Camminando al centro commerciale ... Questo sarebbe certamente il mio hotel di nuovo per il mio prossimo viaggio!

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

La stanza è molto sporca, anche se la ricezione è molto amichevole e lei chiama immediatamente il custode per pulire la mia stanza, la palestra è vicino a idk se è aperta o no, ma la cosa più fastidiosa è che si può sentire la persona che sta accanto a casa gridare o fare rumore.

Ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole al Grand Diponegoro Hotel. Il personale è molto utile e amichevole. Ho soggiornato per una settimana e non ho avuto una sola cattiva esperienza durante il mio soggiorno. Il mio preferito assoluto è il riempimento di Teh Pucuk dopo ogni servizio di pulizia haha amarlo. Grazie per l'esperienza meravigliosa. Sicuramente sarà tornato!
