if you’re looking to stay you can consider this hotel to be one of your choice because this hotel for sure can be one of the best options. Also, you can choose this hotel if you want to stay

The towel has a bad smell and the color disgraded although everyday already exchange by a new one. I think the all in one soap and shampoo must be change for another product, i just dont like the after bath feeling when i used that soap.

Small but mighty....yellowish toilet & no blackout curtain, but the AC was cold enough for us, the shower works perfect & the water pressure strong enough. Quite large for us. Great idea to provide all-you-can- have welcome drinks and water dispenser on each floor....close to train station & a few minimarkets

Very close to Tunjungan area, lots of good place to shop and eat. Facility wise, it's okay. Can tell that the building is aged, but the staffs are friendly and helpful. Had like a small sofa-ish in the room that an extra person can use to rest. Good experience!

Value for money. I found the room somewhat smaller than I expected but if was sufficient. The bed was relatively comfy and the tv had ample English language channels to while away the time. Across the road is a 24hr pizza joint (Pizza Shack) that came in handy when I got hungry and didn’t feel like ordering a Gojek/Grab food delivery. The checkin and checkout process was simple and very quick. About a kilometre away is Plaza Surabaya (a big shopping mall) that has all the usual shops and restaurants. A Gojek costs 11000 Rupiah ($1 AUD) on a bike to get there. For west you’re paying you can’t go wrong. I would stay here again.
