Hotel Villa Adriatica - Adults Only

What a find. Zlatan, Hanna and the team made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and they were on hand to attend to all our needs in this small boutique hotel. Delicious breakfast to start the day, short stroll to the pebble beaches, a supermarket very close by and gorgeous harbour 10 mins walk away with ample restaurants to sample. Zlatan is on hand to recommend trips, restaurants and offer and advice. He has a wealth of knowledge and his friendly team makes you feel so relaxed. Small pool and garden area if you wish to relax at the hotel and a hot tub which is prepared on request. This is not a hotel where you feel like a number, you are Zlatan’s guests and the treatment is personable.

We spent an idyllic 10 days at this beautiful small hotel. Perfectly situated on the island of Brac this hidden gem of accommodation is a mere 10 minute walk to numerous restaurants and a frequent ferry service to Split. The room was clean and comfortable with a scenic balcony view and the breakfasts had an array of choice. Our hosts were friendly, knowledgeable and communicative and always available. A very nice small Hotel for adults. Very clean (you hardly notice the cleaners) and two super nice & service minded owners in Zlatan and Hanna. 50m from a supermarket, and 2-3 mins walk to several beaches. Breakfast is good, and the breakfast area very nice Only draw-back was that June is a bit early for everything, so the bar at the hotel was closed, and it was very quiet in the Supetar center.

A friendly and informative welcome from Zlatan and Hanna. We were given a local wine and delicacy and later, a bottle of wine to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We toured the island and visited Split. Great facilities, breakfast and location.

Arrived at Villa Adriatica after a long day of travel to find our self’s the first guests of the season . After unpacking we made our way down the road for a meal and then home again for good nights sleep ,very comfortable . The breakfast was good plenty selection each day . Zlatan and staff were very helpful and answered all the questions we asked . Great location only 10 minutes to the harbour and ample restaurants of which we tried a few . 10 minute walk to the beach need shoes as it is stony . Used the pool to cool off as it extremely hot while we’re there . 5 minute walk to a supermarket . All in all a relaxing time with brilliant staff . Dave . June 2024

This is an awkward review to make because i think the impression you get on the Jet2 website is far away from what you actually get so not technically the hotels fault. We arrived on the 16/06 and the feeling we got was the hotel wasn’t fully open,no bar(supposed to open on the 07/06),jacuzzi not on,hot tubs not on,sauna not on and no information on facilities at hotel,reception never staffed only when you arrive and when you leave(for you to settle up bill). Room was ok because we paid to upgrade,bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok plenty of choice but hot food was at best warm so stuck to cereal & omelet. There were 2 areas to sunbathe/relax one by the pool with maybe 4/6 sun beds at one end but doesn’t get much sun and the other in a scruffy garden area with 6 beds.The side tables next to beds fell apart when moved well 2 did we didn’t try the 3rd. The bar never opened in the 11 days we were there and the What’s app system benefits the hotel more than the guests as it allows for no barmen or receptionist.Drinks take 5/10 mins to get by what’s app. Hotel is close to the centre with a selection of restaurants(maybe 2/3 stand out) & bars( mostly empty). We paid £3000 for 11 nights through Jet2 and felt totally underwhelmed by the hotel & Supetar ,we just didn’t get what everyone else seems to get.In reception they play a video of the hotel and it’s definitely not what we got.As I said at the start I think Jet2’s advertising is misleading and for the money we paid I expected more.

This was my second visit to the Villa Adriatica and once again it was perfect. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the breakfast supplied each morning was varied and plentiful and a packed breakfast box was even provided on the day we had an early start for a boat trip and the morning we left. Zlatan and his team really do go that extra mile to ensure all of their guests’ needs are met. The service we received was exceptional. The hotel is in a great position. It’s a short stroll to a beautiful beach where the water is so clear. I would recommend beach shoes as it is pebbly but gives way to sand once you’re in the sea. There are numerous restaurants all set around the harbour which is about a 10 minute easy walk away. I will definitely return to this beautiful island and the Villa Adriatica. I am well travelled and stayed at many hotels and villas to find this hotel is up there on my list. The rooms are clean, mattress feel like new, pillows are fluffy (I would consider them new). Perfect location to the ferry port and many restaurants and mini market's. But even better than this is the owner, Zlatan and his staff here. Food is gorgeous and they go above and beyond on supporting your travels, excursions and requirements, helping me to arrange a hired car, offering to support me with ferry times, being available 24/7 if you are stuck or need help. They can not do enough for their guests. This is very unquie, the amount of thought and efforts they go do. I'm on day 2 and already feel compelled to write a review, so saying I highly recommend this hotel feels under rated. I say 6 out of 5 stars! I'm so pleased I was am able to stay here. I will update this review if anything changes by the end of my stay but I very much doubt it. Thank you for the lovely Zlatan and team. 👍❤️

Just had our second holiday at the Adriatica and it won’t be the last! Very friendly small hotel. The owner and receptionist made us very welcome and dealt with any queries quickly. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Plenty of fresh fruit, seeds, yogurt, fabulous cakes and also cooked options. There’s a heated outdoor pool though we didn’t use it, preferring the sea. Also a garden and bar. Less than 5 minutes’ walk to the nearest beach. 10/15 minutes for some water sports. 15 minutes’ walk to the harbour for big choice of restaurants and there are some closer. Supermarket next door. Bike hire just over the road. An excellent base for a relaxing and active holiday. Thank you Zlatan and Dora
