Hotel a 3 stelle a Sunnyvale

This is a great place to stay if you are fussy on cleanliness! The staff, are friendly, helpful, kind and caring. Shey and Jesi are 2 staff members l got to know, all, are more than accommodating!! A very enjoyable experience, clean, safe and quiet. I have already booked this hotel for friends that will be coming to visit. The pool and jacuzzi are a great place for some down time! Thanks to all the staff for creating/maintaining this wonderful place!!

I stayed at this hotel for business for one night. The Aloft Sunnyvale Hotel was modern and chic in style. I liked how there were different colored lights on the lobby floor. I drive to this location but coming here at night, the environment felt suspicious. There were some people circling around the parking lot staring. It didn’t feel safe at night. The hotel staff were lovely and welcoming. They led me to a spacious room that had a fantastic bedding. The TV for some reason didn’t work and when I tried calling front desk, the phone didn’t work either. The TV remote had some odd water residue and I surely don’t want to know what it is. There could be a bit of better cleaning in here. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The W XYZ Bar was quiet. The lobby has some outlets if you need to do some work. The hotel itself is in steps with downtown Sunnyvale where you can get your local eats. The location is fantastic, but the cleanliness and safety of the hotel will need some more work. We had a GREAT manager and staff and they were very apologetic for all of our issues over our 3 night stay... 1. The key fob was broken in our(1st) 1st floor room. After the front desk, having to let us in 4 times and me having to go to the front dest for new rolm keys 5 times, that is clear out of our room the second night and moved us to a third floor room even further away from the swimming pool (our only request was to the pool). After we got situated into our room, we continued to have issues over the remainder of our stay. We were not alone as I personally witnessed to other families coming to the front desk with the same issue. 2. The breakfast was honestly pretty depressing. One of my 12 year old boys ate a cutie orange for breakfast while the other grabbed a cup of orange juice. I grabbed a small yogurt and a cup of very watered down coffee. They offered cuties, unripe, bananas, premade small omelettes (not appealing), tater tots, two flavors of yogurt and tiny little cups of canned fruit. 3. AMAZING happy hour appetizers we're amazing, to me at least. There was this yummy chicken dish, taquitos, homemade guacamole by the chef himself, Watermelon, bottles of water and cans of soda that you can purchase for $3 dollars. We stumbled upon this, not knowing it even existed. We are pretty happy about this!! 4. The swimming pool was our biggest reason for this hotel. I even called to confirm that it was a nice pool that was definitely heated. I wish they would've disclosed that the pool goes from 3 1/2 to 4 feet (at its deepest). Also, the pool was cold. no just pulled was heated to 84°. It was 90° outside and at 4 PM. The pool was cold... 5. The rooms were average maybe a little smaller than 300 ft.²? The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were average with showers only. 6. Do not get room 301 on the third floor. Do not get any room that is adjacent to the elevators. I was woken up continuously throughout the night of carts, hitting the walls in the elevator, which is adjacent to my hotel room wall. 7. Cockroaches.... I was sitting on the edge of the hot tub with my feet in and yes, a cockroach cleansed on my leg. Course, I jumped up and after that we saw way too many of them running around on the floors near the hot tub and swimming pool. They were underneath the chairs lounge chairs. Did not see them as much during the day as when we went to the hot tub at 8:30 PM.. I guess they like to come out at night?? Anyway I brought a video to the front desk where I was told that they were aware of this and had just recently sprayed for them. we all know that these like 3 inch cockroaches need a place to live as well, I would just prefer that it was not near me or my immediate surroundings.. the front desk and manager were very apologetic and sympathetic to my feelings to this. Le strutture della stanza sono un po'vecchie, ma in generale non sono buone, soprattutto per coloro che portano i bambini. La cucina semplice è solo un'erba di salvataggio per il fango cinese.La posizione dell'hotel è buona, il bordo ad alta velocità e l'ambiente è un grande ufficio.

E' stato bello e facile, ha fatto la prenotazione per i miei genitori che aspettavano che mi dassero un intero giro, ma è stato bello e facile. Ho fatto la prenotazione sotto il nome di mio padre e nessun problema. Grazie!!!!!!!

One night for business as the location was close to my customer. Staff was very nice. They do charge $15 for parking which is a bit of a joke. Room was clean and typical courtyard format. I was on the first floor facing the street and there was alot of street noise. Overall the location was great. The room was good but the Street Noise and parking charge knocked it down for me

Grande posizione e perfetta per me e il mio partner! Molto pulito, il letto era enorme e comodo. Molto tranquillo e privato, un po' di rumore durante il giorno, ma come previsto/normale.

This is a 4.5 star review is for THIS CATEGORY of hotels. This isn't the Ritz or Four Seasons, nor is it a Westin or Hyatt or even a regular Marriott. With that said, I'm comparing this to Fairfield Inn & Suites, TownPlace Suites, Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites, LaQuinta Inn & Suites, etc during March 2022 while we are still coming out of a pandemic. Pro: Close to SJC 900+ square feet Laundry on site $1.75/$1.50 (coin operated is cheaper than using the app, front desk has quarters) Breakfast M-F is hot. SS grab n GO (March 2022, this might be pandemic related) Fitness center 24/7 (cardio and free weights) Arranged like townhouses, each building has 4 units, 2 on street level, 2 upper level. Penthouses include upstairs loft bdrm/bath Coffee daily (Starbucks) Filtered water at front desk dispenses cold and hot We were in penthouse suite which is on 2nd floor walk up (3rd floor is the loft bdrm + bath), parking was right next to the unit Parking $12/night Driving distance less than 10min from so many places (Levi stadium, Great America, Top Golf, Mountain View, Santa Clara) and all major freeways Front desk staff is great, addressed me by name each time and friendly & professional Less than 5 minutes from Whole Foods Santa Clara, which is an Amazon delivery hub so you can ship stuff directly there and they'll hold it for about 2 weeks. Con Floors thump if you're on street level If your building is against the highway, you'll hear some highway noise, bring earplugs. Stairs to loft are not regulation size, almost ladder size so can easily slip down if you have socks and misstep (we know from experience) Shower door would not stay closed during shower Fry pans but no spatula The pullout sofa bed was the absolute worst sofa bed, you could feel the coils on your back, we had to buy an air mattress. Despite the cons, we really liked the drive up to your unit setup (vs a hotel), it felt like living in a townhouse, we hardly saw other guests, and the location for us was perfect, this was our home base for 4 nights and I would stay here again.
