Hotel con colazione inclusa a Sunnyvale

Had a canceled flight so needed a one-night stay. Booked here for price not expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised. Amazing front desk managers who really care, friendly housekeeping staff too. Insanely clean room! The bathroom was gleaming it was so clean. Room was very comfortable and so were the beds. Close to airport. Not within walking distance to too much shops or restaurants (McDonalds and Burger King) only disappointment for me. Wonderful little patio out front with tables and chairs to sit and relax. Loved that!

This is a great place to stay if you are fussy on cleanliness! The staff, are friendly, helpful, kind and caring. Shey and Jesi are 2 staff members l got to know, all, are more than accommodating!! A very enjoyable experience, clean, safe and quiet. I have already booked this hotel for friends that will be coming to visit. The pool and jacuzzi are a great place for some down time! Thanks to all the staff for creating/maintaining this wonderful place!!

Sono rimasto per una notte come punto di partenza per un viaggio di campeggio. Il lobby dell'hotel è bello e ha un odore meraviglioso. Il personale del desk front era super utile e amichevole. Il colazione era buona. La vostra stanza era bella e spaziosa, e la mia era una letto numero di sonno, che mi sembrava grande come un sonnoletto che poteva regolare la fermezza della mattresse. La stanza era pulita, ma si può dire che ha bisogno di una buona pulizia profonda dei tappeti e di un'etichetta di sfogo sulle pareti e sui mobili. Non consiglierei questo posto se sei un sonnoletto leggero. Le pareti sono sottili e si possono sentire i bambini correre attraverso la sala e urlare. Ci sono stati un sacco di parcheggio. Era $12. Non ho potuto provare il bar o il ristorante perché sono andato al centro commerciale vicino invece di fare shopping. In tutto, ho avuto un grande soggiorno e sarei tornato.

L'hotel è situato nella posizione più conveniente di Sunnyvale. Alcuni grandi supermercati sono su questa strada. È molto vicino al parco Apple, e a pochi minuti di distanza dalla città di Xing e da San Jose, molto conveniente.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and professional vibe I would definitely stay again. I don't know what else to say to fill in the 200 character minimum but the rendezvous was extremely satisfactory and serendipitous. Biggest words I could think of lol

I stayed at this hotel for business for one night. The Aloft Sunnyvale Hotel was modern and chic in style. I liked how there were different colored lights on the lobby floor. I drive to this location but coming here at night, the environment felt suspicious. There were some people circling around the parking lot staring. It didn’t feel safe at night. The hotel staff were lovely and welcoming. They led me to a spacious room that had a fantastic bedding. The TV for some reason didn’t work and when I tried calling front desk, the phone didn’t work either. The TV remote had some odd water residue and I surely don’t want to know what it is. There could be a bit of better cleaning in here. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The W XYZ Bar was quiet. The lobby has some outlets if you need to do some work. The hotel itself is in steps with downtown Sunnyvale where you can get your local eats. The location is fantastic, but the cleanliness and safety of the hotel will need some more work. We had a GREAT manager and staff and they were very apologetic for all of our issues over our 3 night stay... 1. The key fob was broken in our(1st) 1st floor room. After the front desk, having to let us in 4 times and me having to go to the front dest for new rolm keys 5 times, that is clear out of our room the second night and moved us to a third floor room even further away from the swimming pool (our only request was to the pool). After we got situated into our room, we continued to have issues over the remainder of our stay. We were not alone as I personally witnessed to other families coming to the front desk with the same issue. 2. The breakfast was honestly pretty depressing. One of my 12 year old boys ate a cutie orange for breakfast while the other grabbed a cup of orange juice. I grabbed a small yogurt and a cup of very watered down coffee. They offered cuties, unripe, bananas, premade small omelettes (not appealing), tater tots, two flavors of yogurt and tiny little cups of canned fruit. 3. AMAZING happy hour appetizers we're amazing, to me at least. There was this yummy chicken dish, taquitos, homemade guacamole by the chef himself, Watermelon, bottles of water and cans of soda that you can purchase for $3 dollars. We stumbled upon this, not knowing it even existed. We are pretty happy about this!! 4. The swimming pool was our biggest reason for this hotel. I even called to confirm that it was a nice pool that was definitely heated. I wish they would've disclosed that the pool goes from 3 1/2 to 4 feet (at its deepest). Also, the pool was cold. no just pulled was heated to 84°. It was 90° outside and at 4 PM. The pool was cold... 5. The rooms were average maybe a little smaller than 300 ft.²? The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were average with showers only. 6. Do not get room 301 on the third floor. Do not get any room that is adjacent to the elevators. I was woken up continuously throughout the night of carts, hitting the walls in the elevator, which is adjacent to my hotel room wall. 7. Cockroaches.... I was sitting on the edge of the hot tub with my feet in and yes, a cockroach cleansed on my leg. Course, I jumped up and after that we saw way too many of them running around on the floors near the hot tub and swimming pool. They were underneath the chairs lounge chairs. Did not see them as much during the day as when we went to the hot tub at 8:30 PM.. I guess they like to come out at night?? Anyway I brought a video to the front desk where I was told that they were aware of this and had just recently sprayed for them. we all know that these like 3 inch cockroaches need a place to live as well, I would just prefer that it was not near me or my immediate surroundings.. the front desk and manager were very apologetic and sympathetic to my feelings to this. Fast-forward to the following morning ... I was at Six Flags with my boys and got a phone call from the front desk supervisor telling me that they were comping my whol

This is a very peaceful, quiet hotel. It is suited to a vacation or a consultant working stay. The room had a kitchen, including utensils and dishwasher, stove and full fridge, and a dining area. The laundry facilities were complimentary. The is an exercise room, as well.

The checkin was after midnight and the clerk was still really nice checking us in. The parking area was good despite our having a 12 foot moving truck. The area would have felt safe had we wanted to walk around (but we were exhausted so we didn’t). We stayed only one night. The room was clean and pleasant. The room was well-appointed with nice gauzy curtains and a functional quiet heater/AC, but we slept with absolutely blinding lights shining in from the street because we didn’t notice that there were TWO curtain pulls. In the morning, we realized that the second pull operated a blackout curtain which made the room pitch dark, LOL! Also, I called the front desk to report that the heater wouldn’t turn on but that was us again because the controls were NOT the ones on the unit but across the room on a separate wall-mounted thermostat! The room had what seemed to be clean vinyl plank flooring. Walking in socks didn’t get them dirty. Pillows and bed were clean and comfortable (my back is sensitive and was actually *less* painful in the morning), there were two bath towels, a coffee maker in the room. The microwave had a USB port! The windows worked well to keep out road noise and the ambient noise was not at all noticeable. Toiletries are in individual tubes or small plastic individual soaps (skinnier soap bars than usual but I was really glad to not feel so wasteful because I hardly used the soap. The elevator reminded me of elevators in old European hotels - two doors (open the first by turning a handle, then the actual door to the elevator. So it was unexpected but cool because you can see parts of the elevator mechanism through a little glass window. Finally, please tip your maid.
