It also aids us in providing assistance during your visit. * Primary guest minimum age: The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 25. * Safety and Neighborhood Respect: To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, our property is equipped with a noise alert monitoring system. In addition, for everyone's safety, security cameras are installed around the outside of the home. No tampering with the security cameras is allowed. Your privacy and security are of utmost importance to us. * Strict Commitment Policy: Guest shall pay a security deposit of $2,500 (two thousand five hundred dollars) to cover any damages, excessive cleaning, or violation of House Rules or Terms and Conditions.
