Welcome to the beautiful apartment in Sunny Isles Beach! Recently updated apartment with 2 large bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, has 3 beds, has a fully equipped kitchen, TV in every room, free WIFI and free valet parking. There is a pool, hot tub and a gym in the building. Great location, 3 min walk to the beach, very close to Aventura Mall and a 30 min drive to either Miami International Airport or Fort Lauderdale Airport.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:• No parties in the unit or swimming area. • Do not make loud noise after 10 PM. • Close all balcony doors when AC is on in the apartment..• Empty the fridge and remove all trash before leaving the apartment. • Do not move furniture around in any room. Daniel was amazing I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt that this was one I wanted to leave. Everything was as it seemed on the pictures, the property was clean and well cared for and the staff was very nice and helpful. Daniel was so prompt in communication and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying if you are looking

Convenient location in Sunny Isles Enjoyed this very convenient apartment stay in Sunny Isles. Comfortable and clean unit, a bit dated but suited our needs. Within walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, houses of worship. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. On site fitness facility was appreciated but in need of maintenance and updated equipment.

Sunny isles Had a great stay at Daniel’s condo. Great communication, easy check in process. The cond was clean and well cared for and was a fantastic fit for our family of 4. Short walk to the beach, grocery store, etc. quick drive to South beach and other local attractions.

Great Condo We had a great time at this condo. Very spacious and clean condo. Beds are very comfortable Daniel is very responsive to all our needs and questions. Great area. Lots of restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back next year

Amazing place! This is a wonderful place to stay! 3 bedroom 2 bath and everything you need to enjoy your stay from hairdryers to beach chairs and umbrellas. Parking is valet only but included in the price. Close to many great restaurants, stores, fast food. So easy to get to the beach! Daniel reached out to answer any questions we had and to check in that things were going smoothly. A great stay!
