Dit Majestic Beach Resort

Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and what can I say? Wow wow wow! Hotel spotless, fantastic location, food amazing, beds comfy and friendly staff. Pool areas immaculate as it was throughout. The choice of food was amazing from both the restaurant and snack place and particularly enjoyed the freshly poached eggs for breakfast. If I had to have a moan my only gripe would be that sometimes the food wasn’t hot, however this didn’t bother me as who wants hot food in hot weather! (You could always warm it in microwave if you wanted to but no real need) On our return home and chatting to people en route I believe this is probably the best hotel to stay in on Sunny Beach after listening to their stories of their hotels. Will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Got a very good deal as a solo traveller from Jet2 at the end of season. High season it would feel different but it was spacious and peaceful at the end of Sept. Hotel only about 30 minutes coach transfer from airport with stops on route. Hotel is huge & the rooms are spacious and well presented if dated. Very clean and fresh. Bring your own pillow if you are sensitive to having just the right density etc but bed very comfortable. Usual buffet all-inclusive set up but very tasty & varied for a meat-eater. Best I’ve experienced for many years. 24 hour bar offering quite good quality booze (being abused by the small number of Brits who let us down) and you have to hunt to find a smoke free area to sit (maybe I just got unlucky and found every other Brit had a fag on the go). Two huge pools. Unheated and spotless! Lovely golden beach at the end of the hotel grounds. Lovely to get the basics for free (safe in room, sunbed on beach etc) rather than being squeezed for more money as I found in Turkey etc. Bring cash and change it at the hotel or along sunny beach as the atm’s are expensive. Tip everywhere as the staff/people are so accommodating. Acceptable tip is 5 lev to 10 lev. Resort itself is one long beach with it getting busier as you head down from this hotel (quiet up at this end) and there’s no shortage of tat shops and clothing. Taxi’s were plentiful and weren’t crooks (but agree a price) and there’s a pretend steam train beachfront transport service that pretty much matched a taxi if there were more than two of you. I’m already looking out for a deal to come back here in 2025 for a week’s sun.

The hotel cleanliness is on another level, immaculate. The food is exactly the same morn noon and night and All cold.On the other hand paid for sea view and had floor 11 with a 4foot brick wall, on complaining I was told it was a standing sea view?After that the atmosphere off the manager was horrendous. Never seen such rude bar staff ever.The only two nice people I came across were the two doing spa treatments, truly lovely people.After the changing room saga to try and make things not so awkward I apologised to the manager,he in front of a crowd of guests shrugged his shoulders at me.Thus was my third visit in 15years in thus hotel unfortunately will never go back.pics of sea view attached

Efficient check in even at midnight and directed to restaurant where we could have food and bar open. Had room 1015b with a fantastic sea view, the room was lovely with a good size balcony. The hotel is very large and as end of season was not busy. The hotel is at the quiet end of the beach but you can walk up the road to bars and shops but we could not hear any noise from our hotel as it’s set back with pools and gardens in front. Plenty of sun beds and parasols around pool and on the lovely sandy beach which gently goes into the clear water and you can go quite far out before it gets deep, ideal for kids, although some days a bit of a breeze which brings waves. There is also a small ferry that leaves from the beach to Nessebar and a Noddy train which runs along the beachfront. The Hotel and room was spotlessly clean everywhere as was the beach and the main shopping street. The Restaurant had ample choice although the main meats were Pork, Chicken or Veal, lots of roasted veg, chips, pasta selection along with lovely pizzas, albeit generally Luke warm, good soup selection too. We were not quite sure what to expect from this resort but were pleasantly surprised and would recommend this hotel. The only issue we had was other guests pushing in to get served at the bar. A room is available to book for a shower on leaving.

Overall a fantastic hotel. Very clean, rooms very spacious. The food as you would expect is varied with lots of options although there were a couple of times we found breakfast to be slightly cold. But the dessert choices was fantastic. It is in a great location if you want to walk into town or down the *****. Two very large pools, plenty of sun lounges by the pool and on the beach. The cocktail bar is located between the pools and there a choice of up to 10 cocktails. The one downside is the Asian and Italian restaurants, we were told that unless you were staying longer than a week they weren’t accessible to guests, which we thought was a shame. But this didn’t ruin our stay. It’s a short walk to the ***** where the hustle and bustle is. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re going to Sunny Beach.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We booked 6 nights. First of all the hotel has an excelent position next to the beach. Food was good and you have a lot of varieties : lamb, chicken, beef, turkey, pork. Everyday you have also 3-4 types of pizza. Rooms were big and clean. Staff - friendly and hard working. Lobby-bar, pool bar, it doesnt't have perhaps beach bar. If you book more than 5 nights, you can make a rezervation at Italian or Asian restaurant. Only one minus : the hotel does not have enough sunbeds at the beach and it's very hard to get one in the morning.
