Hotel & Spa Diamant Residence - All Inclusive

We visited the hotel several times before we had a child, so I didn't pay much attention to the child facilities, but we were very pleased with the hotel. At the end of June, we stayed for a week with our 11-month-old boy. We were accommodated in a two-bedroom apartment with a small living room, a bathroom and a very large terrace. The bedrooms were quite spacious, and the living room was small but sufficient for the baby to play. For our child, they offered a crib, changing table, high chair, bathtub on a stand, step stool for the sink in the bathroom, child seat for the toilet, and a foldable summer stroller. Everything was in a perfect cindition .The apartment was very clean, with nothing worn out or broken, very nice and modern. Often at seaside hotels, I've had issues with hot water or water pressure, but here there were no problems - super strong water pressure and we had our own water heater, which was enough for three adults and one child without any issues. The room also had a brand-new kettle, unlike the rather unpleasant ones I've encountered elsewhere. There was air conditioning and a TV in every room. The food was on an All-Inclusive basis. Breakfast at the restaurant offered quite a variety, very delicious. There was a snack bar in front of the restaurant, making sandwiches and, if I'm not mistaken, waffles/pancakes. Very good lunch. For dinner they offered different themed menus - Italian night, Bulgarian night, seafood night, etc. The food was tasty and plentiful. There was an animation team with various schedule. In the evening, there was a children's disco at 8:30 PM, which my son insisted on attending. The children enjoyed dancing with the animators and they had fun. After that, there were quizzes and games for adults. By the pool, there was a climbing frame with slides where we spent some time, and the little one played. I think there was also a room with PlayStations, but I'm not sure; I heard about it from some children. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel, the staff, and the food. I had slight concerns about the distance to the beach, but we got there very quickly, and the concerns quickly disappeared. In conclusion, we really liked it, the conditions for a child are excellent, and we have booked another week for August. One of the best hotels on Bulgarian coast.

Thibaut, me and our daughter stayed at this hotel from 19 july to 30th July. We had a lovely stay! We want to thank the AMAZING animation team for making our nights incredible and fun! Everyone is so adorable and kind! Sundays are never the same when you are away! The shows and animation are always creative and we have always had a good laugh. Big thank you to the incredible kitchen staff for such a big buffet from morning to evening and the efficient staff that cleans and tidies so that we are always well served. Big thank you to the cleaning lady who was so lovely to clean our room every day and even if we did not put the sign up. Thanks to the hairdresser who wonderfully cut our daughters hair, she was never so happy about a haircut! Thanks to the very sweet towel man who was always very kind with us! Thanks to the reception staff, the cleaners who are always cleaning the hotel. We also had a nice treatment at the SPA. Last but not least, Thanks to the hotel and all the organizers to have made our stay so lovely! Have a good Summer!

We are staying in Diamant Residence at the moment. I can describe with one word - Gourgeous!It's very posh, rooms are spotless, staff is very professional and helpful. The restaurant is awesome with lots of choices of meat, pasta, salad, a food suitable for people who likes vegetarian and vegan food. We are with a very small baby, his bed is absolutely fantastic. Diamant residence is like little paradise in Sunny Beach. Maybe is one of the best hotels I've visited.

Cons: Although food was pretty good for a buffet, desert options were rather lame (but fruits were really fresh). If you want to drink water in your room, you have to buy it yourself (not allowed to fill our own water bottle in restaurant/snack bar). Gym was okay but rather poor for a 4-star hotel: a workout is possible, but not super pleasant. The cons were not a deal breaker at all, I just wanted to point them out

Sehr schönes, ansprechendes Hotel in angenehmer Lage. Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und extrem sauber. Man kommt in die Lobby und fühlt sich wie in einem Palast. Weiße Polsterbänke und Sessel, Kronleuchter und luxuriöses Ambiente, ohne aufdringlich zu erscheinen. Check in war problemlos. Sofort fällt die extreme Sauberkeit auf. Alles blitzt und blinkt. In den Gängen und den öffentlichen Toiletten ist alles sehr, sehr sauber. Dies fällt besonders auf, da die Bodenfliesen eine glänzende Oberfläche haben. Ein Gast vor uns ging sogar mit Hand voraus durch eine geöffnete Glastüre, weil er nicht erkannt, hat, dass diese schon offen stand :-) Die Zimmer sind angemessen groß, die Betten bequem und das Bad gut zugänglich. Nur der Fernseher (den wir übrigens nicht benutzt haben) ist etwas klein. Unser Balkon, den wir zum trocknen der Badetücher verwendet haben zeigte bei uns Richtung Straße, was aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Die Fenster sind gut gedämmt. Die Vorhänge könnten meiner Meinung nach etwas dichter und dunkler sein. Morgens wurde es relativ hell. Der Restaurantbereich ist großräumig und es gibt zweier, vierer und noch größere Sitzgruppen. Die Optik der Lobby und Gänge wird hier nahtlos fortgeführt. 20 Kronleuchter alleine im unteren Bereich sprechen für sich. Wer Lust hat, kann das Essen auch auf einer weitläufigen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool einnehmen. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich. 3 Tage die Woche steht das Essen unter einem anderen Motto. Italienisch, Bulgarisch und Mediteran. Bei unserer an einem Samstag gab es noch ein Sushi Buffet. Die Speisen sind ansprechend angerichtet und es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt. Geflügel, Schwein, Rind (nur einmal), Gratins, Gemüse und Salate in unterschiedlichsten Versionen. Es war alles sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Leider waren die divers zubereiteten Schweinebraten immer sehr trocken. Diese wurden vermutlich zu früh vorbereitet und zu lange warmgehalten. Das Dessertbuffet war ein Augenschmaus. Kuchen und Törtchen in unterschiedlichsten Variationen. Manche sehr süß, manche etwas weniger, für jeden war etwas dabei. Das Frühstückebuffet war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig. Von Spiegelei, Omlett, Bohnen, Käse etc. etc. Die Getränke waren für jeden frei zugänglich. An diversen Automaten konnten Säfte, Wasser, Soft Drinks, Kaffee, Wein und Bier selbst gezapt werden. Der Poolbereich ist weiträumig mit vielen Liegen und Schirmen. Das Wasser ist max. 1,5m tief mit separatem Kinderbereich und nicht zu viel gechlort, was sehr angenehm ist. die Poolbar mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten bietet diverse Cocktails, und alle anderen zuvor genannten Getränke. Die Barkeeper sind sehr nett und merken sich nach einer Weile die Getränkewünsche. Den Spabereich haben wir nicht genutzt, können diesen somit nicht bewerten. Das Hotel selbst liegt am südlichen Ende des Sonnestrandes, ist aber per Bus gut mit dem "Zentrum" und dem historischen Nessebar angebunden. Zum Strand sind es ca. 8min Fussweg. D
