Location is quite strategic. The staffs very friendly and helpful. The beds is fine,but the tpilet quite slippery and small for families. The floor is cold and no slippers provided. Overall,our stay quite satiesfied and comfortable

Strategic location for those using public transport . Hotel just opposite Sg Petani train station..Old hotel but okay. Iron n board provided in the room.

Last minute booked with this hotel seri Malaysia sungai petani because there was a problem checking in with the previously booked hotel. At first everything was okay with the good receptionist but I was a little surprised because the hotel doesn't have an elevator and my mother, who has knee problem and uses crutches, has to climb the stairs to get to the room. At night my mother and I slept as usual and suddenly my mother and I woke up at the same time because of many noises that disturbed us such as the wall of the room being kicked and the sound of very loud walking from 2.30 am until dawn. We tried to sleep but couldn't and we just had to be patient because we were very tired because we traveled far from Johor. Early in the morning we were ready to check out and have breakfast at the hotel cafe. It's also unfortunate when a very simple breakfast is provided with only fried rice and fried noodles without side dishes and only sausage side dishes are provided. Have to line up to eat toast. There is a lot that this hotel needs to improve. The hotel room looking so old. By the way, the room I stay is 229.

Located in the centre of Sungai Petani, this hotel offers quick gateway and rest to travellers and family It offers in-room services for meals. Hot showers and television with local channels also available in the room. For those travelling by train, this hotel is the best option since it is just in walking distances in front of Sungai Petani KTM station However, this hotel doesn't provided lift. For those staying at top (Level 2), you may need to walk up the stairs. During my stay, there is no telefon in the hotel room to connect to the operator. For quick weekend trip, I may consider to spend a night here.

Best location for traveller using KTM, as the hotel situated just across the street from the train station, KTM Sungai Petani.

Nice hotel and very clean..not to far from town and shop..very satisified..ktm train just very near from this hotel..very recommended..

A good choice within the company's budget.

Hello Sri Malaysia Sungai Petani, Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying. We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it. Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train. Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel. Thanks everyone 🙏😊

I stayed for 1 night. From the first time I checked in to the last time I checked out, I felt very comfortable. The hotel staff I had contact with were very friendly. The location is great, just across the train station. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel with awesome pool and friendly staff. Stay here 1 night. Location strategic in front of KTM Station. Parking space convenient. Food is good. Definitely will stay here again.
