Everything is good and hospitality needs more improvement.Also hotel parking area is small.At the time of check in they are taking longer time

Worst stay ever. I have two day stay with my family and it was one of my worst stay. Never had such bad experience in any hotel . I will share few things about my stay. The location was good, cleanliness also good and food also nice but the main problem is service. I don’t understand why they have mentioned complimentary pick up from station if they are not going to provide. I called one day before arriving and i was asked to call again after reaching station . After reaching station I called several times but no one respond/received my call. I ordered evening tea which i got after 1 - 1.5 hrs. For drinking water i had to tell them 4 times. I told them first around 8.30pm and finally it was provided to me around 10.15pm. Next I have plans early in the morning but there was no hot water available. Tried to reach housekeeping but it was in vain. House keeping not receiving call after 9pm and also morning 8am. No one received my call, then informed reception and hot water was provided to me in bucket but the issue was not resolved. Even after complaining on first day this issue was not resolved till second day. I had chosen the hotel seeing the ratings but hadn’t gone through the reviews. In future i had to be careful regarding booking through mmt.

One of the Best Hotel at Rourkela . Centrally Located Near Railway Station as well as Market too.Well Maintained Rooms and Good Behaviour of staffs too.

I have booked central park for my marriage reception on 26th Jan 2025, Cons- Decoration was really bad and dusty, that gave a dull look. Welcome gate was really dull and not looking nice , all photos were wasted. Even after repeated complaint, issue was completed ignored. No music was available till late hours and complain Couch was really dirty 😭 Pros - Food was good

Rooms are clean, well lit and fresh. The staff members were very cooperative. I ordered food for the in-house restaurant and it was tasty. Bathrooms are clean and have all the amenities. Will highly recommend a stay.
