Ehemals schönes Hotel mit verblichenem Charme. Schlecht geführt. Angestellte verstehen kaum Englisch. Große, aber abgewohnte Zimmer. Wasserhahn im Bad wackelig, drumherum schmutzig. Kein Joghurt und keine Marmelade beim Frühstück. Restaurant katastrophal. 80% der georderten Sachen waren nicht verfügbar. Service extrem langsam und inkompetent. Es dauerte 30 min, bis man mit sagte, dass es kein Sprite gebe. Die Servicekraft sprach und verstand kein Englisch und musste zweimal Kollegen für die Verständigung holen Lediglich das Abkassieren funktionierte …

I recently stayed at Braga Hotel in Bandung and had a mixed experience. Positive Aspects: The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. A special mention goes to the jamu lady, whose homemade jamu added a unique and delightful touch to the dining experience. Additionally, the staff was very prompt in addressing in-house requests, which was appreciated. Areas for Improvement: Cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. There were visible moulds on the sink and toilet sealers, which was disappointing. One of the two rooms I booked had a choked toilet, which added to the inconvenience. The frosted toilet doors lacked privacy, and the unlocked doors made it worse, causing discomfort for guests. The staff’s responsiveness to certain situations also left room for improvement. When I sought assistance in booking Woosh, the staff simply replied that they were unable to help, without offering any alternative solutions. A more proactive approach in such situations would have been appreciated. While the hotel does have its merits, addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience.

Generally ok hotel as location is very centralised , clean, spacious and with good service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local n western options. Only minor is the hotel is not that new n aircon leaks water( they fixed it eventually) n last day , there’s an outage of electricity since night till morning which we understand only happened to our room.

Molto conveniente.Abbiamo avuto un appartamento di servizio decente con 3 camere e due bagni. È fantastico colazione. Si sono distribuiti sono internazionali con stazione vivente. L'hotel è situato nel cuore della città di Jalan Braga. Il teatro cinematografico è all'interno dell'edificio e hai pagato meno di $3sg per biglietto.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gino Feruci Braga Bandung, and it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay, including free Wi-Fi, and a cozy bed. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The room is quite small and looked old. However, the location is at the heart of Braga Street. The service is good and friendly.

La posizione è buona nel centro città di Bandung, molte varietà di cibo nelle vicinanze a piedi. La ricerca di un parcheggio in alta occupazione sarà certamente anche una sfida. Non ho provato la palestra e la piscina, ma sembra decente per questo hotel 4 stelle Ho perso il tè pomeriggio al check-in, ma mi hanno offerto di portare un bel drink di ginger + snack locali nella mia stanza, apprezzare il gesto di servizio. Se non ti importa della trappola di traffico, posso raccomandare questo per un breve soggiorno.

However, the room felt slightly outdated, and the air conditioning in Room 1201 could use some maintenance. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and a fantastic location!

Room very clean, hotel nearby to many attractions places, breakfast okay not many choices but tasty. Overall it is pleasant stay for us.
