The staff did little to manage the swimming pool area, and the conduct of other guests was extremely poor and ruined the experience that we had as a result.

The hotel needs some updating. The walls and ceiling are very thin and the room above us were constantly jumping and it sounded like they were going to fall through. The showers and bathrooms in general could have been cleaner. Beds were very comfortable!

The room was dirty there was tobacco and natural along with long wrap till it was dirty really bad

Upon arrival we were put in the wrong room, half of our stuff was lost for over an hour until it was found and brought to our room, the furniture in the room was not clean the bed in the colon space i had to call and ask for sheets for the bed and make it myself . We also found dirty dishes in the dishwasher and cereal in our beds and on the floor by the fire place.the cabinets in the kitchen literally are dry rotting and falling off. Our rooms HVAC system was stuck on air conditioning in december. I understand being fully booked and understaffed however we would of waited longer to ensure that I didn't feel like I had house chores to do upon arrival.

It was nice the room just smelled like water damage and had water damage stains on the cieling but it was a good stay over all

Didn’t have time to use hot tub and pool but looked nice and one reason hotel was chosen as well as rate I found.

Easy check in\out. Staff friendly & helpful. Room great size & clean. Great breakfast. Shopping, restaurants nearby. Easy to drive in area. We visit Erie every year, great area.

The desk clerk was amazing. Love that your minutes from dining. Only issue was the one tub was broke.

My husband and I stayed here on vacation upon a friend's recommendation that this was the best hotel in town. After staying here, it would be sad for Erie if this is the best they have to offer. When we arrived, we were greeted with supply boxes in the entryway blocking the brochure display of things to do in the area. Then the front desk made us sign a contract (that was never disclosed before we arrived and our friends who are straight never even seen, let alone had to sign). It stated that we would be charged an extra $200/night if we held a party in our room. The front desk also offered us no copies of this contract after we signed it - which is always suspicious. We got up to our room and inspected it immediately. Luckily, there are no bed bugs we could find but you can smell the whiffs of mold throughout the building. Two of our towels had stains on them that any cleaning staff should have seen. The shower had tons of ********** all over the walls and floor of the shower so it was obvious our room wasn't cleaned in quite some time. Overall, this place feels like it just gets away with things because it's next door to Splash Lagoon. THEY DO EVERYTHING AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE. They give you one bar of soap, one roll of 1-ply toilet paper for the weekend, some stained towels, a crappy breakfast (pun very much intended), and a room with a policy of having no parties - unless you're a straight couple with kids, in which case, feel free to scream until 12:30 AM.
