Bustling with mountain energy just below Canyons Village is the newly-developed Frostwood Village, made up of Waldorf Astoria, Wynham, a private lift to the resorts, the classic Canyons Golf Course and Fairway Springs-- a golf and ski-in/ski-out community. Condo I-4, a model condominium completed in 2018, can be your next destination accommodation during your stay at Park City. This luxurious modern townhome is located just steps from the Frostwood Gondola at Park City's Canyons Resort and is bordered by two fairways of the new Gene Bates-designed Canyons golf course. Vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, and slate, heated travertine, and hardwood floors, lend elegance to this spacious 3BR/3BA dwelling, and custom alder cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances make the kitchen perfect for a chef. And of course we've made it possible for you to enjoy the view while soaking in the premium hot tub on the back patio. Enjoy fantastic views of Park City and the distant Uinta Mountains from the spacious interior. A single-car garage adds extra convenience. Fairway Springs is one of the only ski-in/ski-out communities in Park City offering an amazing ski village experience for guests. Get the privacy of your own space without the expense of the next-door Waldorf or Wyndham. This beautiful condo features 3 bedrooms, one being the master suite. The master bedroom features a King Bed, private bathroom with tub and shower, heated floor and double sinks. The room sits off the patio where guests can access the hot tub 24/7. The second bedroom features a king bed and is located steps from the second full bathroom. The third bedroom is our "bunkroom" with full beds on the bottom and twins on top. This room also has hot tub access to the patio. A sofa-sectional upstairs can also be folded out into a queen bed. In total of 12. A pack-n-play also allows you to make sure your smallest travelers are comfortable, too! The main level has a living room with 55" TV w/ Direct TV and Smart, streaming functionality. This TV sits on the mantle above a cozy gas fireplace. A smaller tv can keep the bunkroom guests entertained after a day out recreating. Just off the living and dining room area, there's a gourmet display kitchen with Wolf and Sub Zero, 4 bar seats, and 8-seat dining room table. Everything you need to entertain or enjoy the condo is available, from dishes, silverware, cooking tools, pots and pans, and more. Off the living room, there's a private deck with outdoor seating (seasonal). All rooms and decks have gorgeous views of the Canyons Golf Course, Canyons Ski Resort and surrounding mountains. The condo entry/foyer is on this level so guests can unload gear and clothing in the garage or closet in the entry. Extra insulation adds to the solace and peace while inside the unit.
