這次出門旅遊每天換一個地方，在攜程app上選擇一個地方酒店居住，一路下來都很滿意。遂寧我們選擇了維克維爾·棠悦酒店（遂寧萬達廣場店），我們定的是雙人房，説實話這是最讓我們失望的一家酒店。以下所有陳述和照片都是真實的，希望酒店引以為鑒。 酒店的公共區域裝修是可以的，也很新。辦好入住進了房間，發現窗户打開的，説是通風我們理解，但有紗窗卻不關上。本來就怕蚊子咬，這樣的情況我們向前台提了意見。晚飯後快9點多回房間了，前台服務拎了一禮盒（當地土特產）對她們開窗不關紗窗的事表示歉意，我們當時也接受了道歉。 晚上十點半準備上床睡覺，發現靠衞生間一邊的床是搖搖床，嘎吱嘎吱響，根本無法入睡。衹能告訴前台，沒想到前台的電話聯繫方式與其他酒店都不一樣，任何一個按鍵都不響，要撥打8888，不是直接按照電話機上的前台指示健（其實當時前台辦入住時告知客人有事聯繫前台打8888就完美的）。我老公衹能下樓叫上前台服務員來，檢查半天發現是床與地板之間不平整，服務員又叫來一個工作人員，拿了紙板箱做墊片來調整床的位置。我當時提出換房間，服務員説沒有空房了，衹能幫我們繼續修整床的響聲，這樣一折騰晚上11才睡覺。我還問了這樣會搖響的床咋回沒有旅客提出？服務員説是沒有反映過（我感到無語）。半夜又因為房間沒有空調熱醒（説是製冷系統沒有，衹有通風），全身都是汗，起來換了衣服再睡，第二天一早我們又出發了，旅途疲憊本來想好好休息，結果這樣的體驗感覺真不好。早上退房時，服務員對昨晚發生的事情也沒有任何語言道歉，這在我幾十年的旅遊經歷中也是很罕見的。 今天很認真地寫評語，不是挑刺，是實事求是，希望酒店能在硬件和軟件上加強細節管理和提升，讓消費者的旅遊體驗感能能到提升。
