Very clean and quiet. Staff very helpful to accommodate a late check in. Convenient location to the rail trail

The property was well taken care of. The rooms were very clean. The owners were very polite and would help you with anything.

Good location for Mt Washington and White Mountains.
Quite peaceful considering roadside location.
Comfortable bed. Good cooking facilities.
Place needs a little work on doors etc, some of which didn’t close very well.
Would stay again.

There were a lot of spiders in the room. It took us an hour to kill all of them..nothing had been dusted for a long time. The temperature went down into the 40’s overnight and there was no heat. I would never stay there again.

I prefer the smaller motels and this one was very clean and the owners were very nice and accomindating. Would stay again.

Although this is an older motel, the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and the room was very clean. We would absolutely stay here again parking up front is a little tight but they have plenty of bigger vehicle and trailer parking around back.

The rooms did not have a/c. They were gracious enough to refund me so I could find another place. (It was a very hot weekend) I would say the people here are nice and the rooms seem basic but clean, but If temp control is important to you, look for another spot.

Owners are fantastic. Great pkace to stay for ruding the trails. Adter a day on the trails, come back sit outside and visit with friends. Chais outside fir every room.

It is an older style property but clean and tidy. The only problem we had was the water was cold one day. There was three of us so I was the third shower. Overall, pretty bare bones but it was clean and the price was right!
