A perfect stay for pilgrims visiting the Kukke Subrahmanya temple.the hotel is conveniently located - at walking distance from the temple. Has a decent restaurant within the campus. We stayed in the non-AC rooms as the weather was reasonable in Jan. They also have AC rooms for those looking for more comfort. Sarpasamskara Mantapam and Kumaradhara are a bit far, but there are many three wheeler - auto rickshaws available to flag down for commute.

Very clean and comfortable spacious hotel . Excellent room and its furnishing and very clean linen . Beautiful view from big balcony and the room number 304 I stayed one night . Staff are so well mannered and kind courteous that we felt at home staying there . Happy to mention Ms Soumya front desk manager , so sincere and helping in her hospitality approach to guests . Hotel has a good restaurant serving nice food at reasonable rates . Hot water always available in bathroom , AC works perfect and good wifi ( available in common area just outside room doors ) . No problem at all . Main advantage is location hardly 5 min walk from Kukke Shree Subramanya Temple complex in main road but very peaceful surrounding- serene . Lot of car parking space in the hotel so well secured parking . To my views and experience it is one of best of the best hotel . Commendable job by management.

We were happy with good spacious room. Location is walkable from the kukke subramanya temple. The property has become old. Some renovation and deep cleaning will make it good. Like changing the bedding linen (quite old and not fresh, clean rooms without leaking acs and cowebs, basic hot water kettle etc.
