If I can give diamond hotel a 0, I will do that. Very terrible customer service. The only good in this facility is the guard. - We checked in Feb. 10, and they didn’t even disclose that there’s a bar downstairs that’s playing loud music until midnight. We want to rest but we can’t coz we can hear it up to 4th floor. - after we checked in we went out fir a stroll , when we come back , front desk said that they can’t give us another key coz there’s already one that’s made , but their supervisor accidentally bring home our room key. So everytime we need to go inside our room we need to wait for them to open our room for us, which is time consuming. - next we asked for additional pillow and blanket, but they want use to pay P100 for pillow and P150 for blanket. I told the front desk that I’m just going to use it, I’m not buying it. - their phone is not working , so if you need to reach the front desk, you need to go downstairs and ask them personally. But they can’t help you anyway. Everything will be charged including another key. - A/C unit is so low that your feet will be get all the air but the room is still warm. Just beware before you check in this hotel. Ask first.
