Very unhygienic and dirty hotel . There is a lot of druggist live in this hotel . Hotel says they have non smoking rooms but inside your room there is a smoke smell coming inside the room . This hotel is not safe for family and girls because there is no safety and security . Hotel manager very rude and unprofessional he don’t care about the customer service they just care about only money . There is no staff in the hotel after 5pm . After 9 pm they stop receiving the calls . They are the biggest scammers in the hotel industry in perth market . Please don’t go in this trap . I had booked room there for 2 nights but I left the hotel at midnight because there is lot of noise coming from outside , getting the smoke smell inside the room and its not safe and secure . There is lot of druggist in the car park area and staying inside the hotel. Hotel doesn’t care about anything . Once you paid you cannot get any refund Eventhough thats the mistake of hotel .

My family and I stayed at the Perth Mercure hotel and upon check in were told there was a bond for the room. We paid cash for the room and then was told if paying cash for bond it would be $100 dollars and $500 on card. We chose to pay cash. We were then told we still need to give our card so we did. After the transaction we were told a statement would be sent to our email. When we checked out we stated there wasn't a statement sent to us for our stay and how long before the return of our bond seeing as we paid cash. We were told 3 weeks. Wow we thought and carried on. 3 weeks later we called and asked what the go was as we never received bond not a statement and stated about the price of bond and what we were told as far as the price goes for card or cash. Because there was never a statement in the first place there was no record of a cash bond. In saying that we were then told that it was the other way around that is was $500 for cash to be paid on the bond and $100 for card. We were told something totally different. Because there was never a statement there is no trace of a bond paid in cash and are now out of $100. In final I was told that the employee had been working there for some time and would have never told us $100 bond and because there was no trace of it there would be no refund. Ultimately we were liars because the bond for cash in the hotel's procedure isn't the amount we paid and there was no trace of that payment being made in the first place. Won't be staying there again and will make sure to pay by card to avoid people making money off of my family and I. What a shame

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!It is the absolute most disgusting dirty vile place I've ever encountered,I refused to use their linen until after I'd washed it.Mouldy stinky building that smells like vomit and faeces,drug activity and *********** 24/7 and non stop police presence as the owner keeps sterling everyone's money and belongings

DO NOT BOOK HERE! This place is horrible, recently had family stay and they had to service their own room and wash their own towel as clean ones are not provided! Other ‘guests’ feel like owners mates, walking the corridors with drug paraphernalia and smoking ***** in the common smoking areas. Not somewhere for kids! The rooms… well they’re pretty gross with a couch that looks like it’s been picked up from the rubbish tip and had a throw put over it to hide the grot! So sad to see the decline of this place over the years. It kinda feels like you’re staying at some run down party you should’ve left hours ago but is still going at 4am.. like a seedy hangover!

This was hands down the worst "hotel" i have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room was disgusting and stunk of smoke, the place was a shambles, falling apart, there were holes in the carpet and windows were broken. The people that live (?) here were rude and honestly made me and my partner feel unsafe during our stay. When we tried to raise issues with staff the manager- a rude young woman (Julia) told us we were lying and refused to come and view the issues herself. Do yourself a favour and stay well away!!! I honestly hope they get shut down soon because it is a massive scam.
