SSuzanna MokaluThis 3BR Villa at Ciater Highland Resort has seen its glorious days and need some facade maintenance, the villa has an unused built-in woodburning fireplace! I don't reckon what type of architecture it is...so cute! But no matter how cold the weather is in Indonesia, I never think we will ever need woodburning fireplace in the house.. hahaha. All furnitures and interior are good quality old and calming, feels like home... furthermore the spacious backyards, well maintained rooms with basic amenities provided, sparkling clean villa and well equipped kitchen was making the stay pretty much enjoyable.
Please bring own food whether you want to cook yourself in the kitchen or prepared meals because Grab/Gofood is very difficult to reach the area (Tea Plantation with misty hills of Ciater, Subang).
The Villa itself is very close to Ciater Highland Resort Security Gate, so it feels nice and safe even the CHR looks like an abandoned villa complex.
8 minutes away from Ciater Hot Springs and around 30 mins from Tangkuban Perahu Volcano.
I would say it's a perfect gateway in Ciater area.. just don't expect any public transportation to both Hot Spring and the volcano...

NNuraisyaProses check in sgt cepat , pelayanan bagus , kebersihan bagus . Sarapan lumayan variatif.
Hanya saja ada salah satu kamar dari tamu yg menginap agak berisik.
Overall nyaman dan betah menginap di favehotel subang.

JJunDekat dengan sari ater (jalan kaki 2 menit aja), rekomendasi buat yg pengen nginep murah tapi bersih di dekat sari ater. ada kolam rendam juga (sayangnya pas kedatangan saya yg ke2,kolamnya lagi maintenance). So, liburan hemat cocok sekali sama kamar ini :)

UUtente ospiteThe check in not really smooth, only one person at front desk, waiting about 10-15 minutes for service, have to pay extra to upgrade the room, since the room does not have bathtub as pictured, but she is nice to let us upgrade.
The room is dirty and smells, bathroom has mold, and we can hear noise from the other bedroom. The 2 free drink bottles unsealed and looks like someone already open them.
The Restaurant is okay, the food acceptable, although my husband get cool soup and we have to asked the waiter to make it hot. The only best food we like is Pisang goreng.
The Pool at NANGKA is not clean, so we decided to get to the private tub, and we have to pay for Rp.60K/each.

UUtente anonimothe cleanliness was good, the location was good, the service was good, the amenities was excellent, water heater gone normal, but the air condition was tribble, its seem look like a canyon in the room lol. wanna to give the feedback to the hotel but it was to night. but overall every went to subang i always choose this hotel, because with the affordable price you got a nice experiment.

Buona cibo .. i camerieri sono buoni .. sempre offerto per fare omeletta con pane .. controllare 8n e fuori troppo veloce .. grande .. ooya .. c'è una camera per il triplo .. quindi aggiungere mantello .. thx Nalendra Hotel ..

FFachrurodjiLa proprietà ha bisogno di rinnovazione, è diventata una vecchia casa. Un po' spaventosa. Viaggiare con la famiglia è una buona scelta a causa del bel tempo, ma mancanza di divertimento. Lentamente ma sicuramente diventare il palazzo abbandonato.
