The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed for families. The hotel amenities were a major highlight. The kids absolutely loved the pool area, which included a shallow kiddie pool and a few fun water features. Meanwhile, we enjoyed relaxing by the poolside with plenty of seating available. There was also a play area and an activity room where the children could stay entertained. Breakfast each morning was a treat. The buffet had a variety of options, from fresh fruit and cereals to hot dishes like eggs and pancakes. They even had a kid-friendly section with smaller portions and fun presentation. The location was perfect for families, with nearby attractions and restaurants that catered to children. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and gave us excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area. Overall, we have a wonderful environment for our family. It was clean, safe, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

It is adjacent to sunway medical centwr. The space is comfortable and equipped with a full set of kitchen equipment including kitchen utensils. It was originally planned for short-term accommodation for accompanying patients or people who come from out of town to receive medical treatment. The breakfast is very light and is probably planned for patients. It is also possible that children are not accepted. For the purpose of rest and recuperation for residents. Generally speaking, it is very quiet and comfortable. However, the room I stayed in at that time had poor drainage. The water from the shower directly overflowed the drain hole and was discharged from the toilet drain hole. I contacted the front desk, but there was no improvement.

The overall journey was good but I strongly suggest Trip.com to amend and update the photos because they no longer have swimming and gym available for use. However, you can get a few % off if you shop in the shopping centre next to the hotel but only some shops. The housing keeping guy was really helpful and friendly so was the receptionist.

Clean drinking water should have been served in the room upon checked in. Have to ask to be supplied for . There should be metal tea spoons to be supplied in the room. Even request for cutleries, only plastic spoon and fork were provided. Plastic spoon and forks are Not environmental friendly isn’t it ?

My trip was perfect. Yes it was a bit expensive because it was on school holidays. But it was a perfect staycation. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room not only have the pool view but i get to see the twin tower from afar as well. The room was spacious and clean. The buggy was available hourly to go to ioi city mall. The in room dining was delicios. We ordered pizza, sandwhiches, mac n cheese and nasi goreng kampung. The price was as expected. But the pepsi can was rm18! Haha a bit shock on that. The breakfast spread was good and delicious too. The pool was huge with 2 slides. Perfect for the kids. Many foc activities too at the pool such as fish feeding and hoverboard lesson. I enjoyed it!

Recentemente sono rimasto qui e sono stato profondamente impressionato da tutti gli aspetti del mio soggiorno.La pulizia dell'hotel era impeccabile, tutto dalle camere alle aree comuni era senza spot e ben mantenuto. La posizione è fantastica, situato in una zona conveniente vicino alle attrazioni e ristoranti chiave, rendendo facile esplorare la città. Il servizio era eccezionale, il personale era amichevole, attento, andava sopra e oltre per assicurare un soggiorno confortevole. Raccomando molto questo hotel per chiunque cerca un'esperienza senza guai. 5/5 in tutto il pannello!

Poiché è ancora in fase di recupero di MCO , non molto accadendo con questo hotel, Room ha bisogno di un upgrade per riflettere il rating 4 stelle. Front Desk è fantastico e molto veloce in corso. Forse un bevanda benvenuta sarà un buon inizio. In ogni caso, media complessiva per 3 1/2 stella

Room is spacious and clean. Provided all the necessary amenities including daily newspapers. Welcome drink is provided. Only the aircond is quite cold and bathroom does not have separate shower area. Other than that, its worth the price. Very friendly staffs. Breakfast is provided and its quite reasonable with the price. Location nearby malls and walking distance to LRT/BRT USJ 7.
