The room was great and clean. It was a nice stay overall. Problems are mainly outside the room. There are some strong musty smell around the lounge, and carpet outside our room is badly torn. Hoping the hotel can repair these things. Aside from that, there were chairs in front of many rooms including ours, and we have no idea why. It weirded us out a little.
But other than that, we had a very good experience here.

Old hotel, there are cockroaches in the room😱😱😱, shower room Shower head is leaking, No anti-skid pad in the Bathtubs, towels are rare, pillows are soft and furniture is old. unworthy

I encountered some challenges with the concierge staff at Dorsett Grand Subang, as they were unhelpful and rude. However, after addressing the issue with the reception, they promptly upgraded all five of our rooms, which improved our overall experience. Despite the initial setback, the hotel's responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction were commendable.

Overall a comfortable stay, as intended to book on the reason of nearby Subang Airport. Spacious room, quiet and clean. Recommend if you are catching flight in Subang Airport, just 10-15 minutes taxi ride.

Booked for a room that's supposed to have a bath tub which stated on the check in voucher is not applicable at all. After checking in , I only realized that only the king size room was equipped with a bath tub. I think that it should be reflected when someone is booking the room and wants a bath tub.
However I must praise their service and be able to change my room to whichever has a bath tub.
Unfortunately, I highly suspected the hygiene of the bath tub or the bed sheet on my second night. I developed a left eye infection. At first, it started with itchiness and slowly fluid discharged in the morning.
Please let the in-charge to look at this issue.
