While in the room, the bed sheet & Blanket sheet have stained & some small hair in it. The aircon was not cool and the bathtub the holder was spoil if you need a quiet place don't choose here, the train station can be heard every morning, we are staying on the 18th floor. Every morning on top the floor will have some set up sound even at night time. 1 point is good is the staff was friendly & helpful. During the above mentions of the area, Thier will come to identify & change it

Good location for business travellers. Abit old hotel but the hospitality is good. All smiling faces helpful staffs. Hi tea spread is good.

I stayed at Summit Hotel Subang USJ recently and overall, it was an okay experience. The room cleanliness was acceptable—not perfectly clean, but not too dirty either. The location is quite strategic, with easy access to Sunway and Subang Airport, which was very convenient. The hotel service was just nice—staff were helpful when needed. It’s a decent option if you're looking for somewhere affordable and well-located in Subang.

The hotel is situated in a busy and prime area of Subang, conveniently located between Summit and Da Men Mall, making it easy to find food nearby. While the hotel is a bit dated and some amenities could use an upgrade, the breakfast is average but sufficient to start the day. After checking in the room, we noticed that the water in the toilet bowl was dark brown color. It is very disgusting. We called front desk to request to change our room but they said yesterday the pipe system has problem and was repaired. This is not an excuse for not checking the room before the customer checking in. The house keeping came and flushed the toilet a few times and the water getting clear. At night when we were back from dinner and would like to have a shower before bed, there were not hot water supply. We called front desk to check and was told their hot water supply system is having problem. It was no hot water supply even before we check out the next morning. We were not able to take a good shower. It was really uncomfortable. The hotel is very old and rundown , need upgrading immediately.

Inside room a but old and pillows are not clean. Same to the towels

Wonderful stay in this hotel with nice location. This is a old hotel, but don't worry and please call for help if you feel uncomfortable.

This place is not recommended at all. Got placed in a smoking room despite requesting a non smoking room. When advertised in trip.com it should have stated it will be a smoking room. Requested to change room but they said they are fully booked which is hard to believe. Front desk staff are of low quality service level. Rooms are old. Aircond is lame. Skip this place and find other options.
