Hotel in zona Stuttgart-Sommerrain, Stoccarda

Clean building, parking spaces. Interior in public areas modern, rooms except bathroom feel outdated. + Rooms are spacious. + lots of closet space * fridge + huge breakfast buffet + metro in front + quiet rooms - ridiculous pan cake size, I know that machine can make regular sized pancakes As of now you spend more time waiting for your 2“ pancakes than eating - Wifi non existent in room, bedside. - AC is a joke it‘s set centralized, the property decides if you are able to cool or heat your room. Sucks with 24 degrees inside and AC set to heat only.

Il mio figlio e io siamo stati al Loginn a Waiblingen quando abbiamo visitato Affalterbach. Le camere erano piccole ma confortevoli e pulite c'è un parco auto pulito e ben accurato a 14EURO sotto. L'hotel è al contrario delle stazioni ferroviarie che si possono catturare diverse reti da e anche la stazione di autobus è anche lì. Usavamo i treni per andare a Stuttgart e abbiamo visitato alcuni luoghi con il trasporto pubblico. La colazione era una buona scelta. Ci sono anche un bar con birre sul tappeto. Buon posto centrale per rimanere se si visita Stuttgart.

Siamo andati a trovare i nostri vecchi amici a Stoccarda-Wangen per la prima volta in due anni (pandemia e politici sono quello che sono) e abbiamo deciso di soggiornare nel nuovo Hotel BnB lì. In passato, questo era il sito dell'Autohof di Stoccarda-Wangen, un luogo di sosta per camion/carburante/hotel, ma è stato riqualificato. Metà del sito è diventato il BnB, un nuovissimo hotel bed&breakfast. È importante mantenere quell'idea, perché non fanno nient'altro. Il posto è ben costruito, offre una colazione molto funzionale, letti e alloggi altamente adeguati, ma questo è tutto ciò che fa. Fornisce copertura Wi-Fi e cellulare, camere silenziose, letti comodi e aria condizionata controllabile in uno spazio ridotto, ma nessun servizio in camera o altri pasti. Se richiesto, la reception preparerà una pizza o qualcosa di simile e potrai prendere una birra o una bibita dal distributore automatico. Questo è quello che fanno. È un posto confortevole; tenete presente che le temperature notturne erano intorno ai 20°C, di giorno fino a 36°C, quell'unità di aria condizionata valeva tanto oro. In realtà, se vuoi più cibo da portare nella tua stanza, indaga sulla stazione di servizio RAN della porta accanto. La loro selezione di bevande fa impallidire il mio supermercato locale, hanno un impianto per cuocere il pane per tutti i tipi di pane e puoi vivere bene con pochi soldi. La cosa che ha reso questa esperienza completa, anche se semplice, è stato l'atteggiamento dello staff. Ognuno è stato entusiasta e disponibile, anche quando ho riscontrato un problema con Wi-Fi/MacBook. L'assistente principale ha provato e ha fallito, il responsabile della reception ha provato e si è rivolto al suo ISP, che ha fallito. Per tua informazione, ho potuto portare l'oggetto (un M1 MB Air) lungo la strada fino al wifi del mio amico e tutto ha funzionato. Il responsabile della reception è venuto un sabato mattina con il suo bambino di 4 anni per cercare di sistemare le cose, e ho avuto pietà di lui dopo un'ora di lunga conversazione con l'ISP per dichiarare che ero in vacanza e non avevo davvero bisogno wifi del laptop nell'hotel che pessimo (iOS e Android funzionavano entrambi perfettamente). Si dimostra molto promettente in termini politici del Regno Unito, poiché impara il suo inglese da Peppa Pig, così come il nostro Primo Ministro Johnson. Erano tutti disponibili, tutti cordiali, anche dopo l'esperienza wifi, e ritorneremo sicuramente lì.

Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimale, vicinissimo (direi sopra) alla fermata della metropolitana che congiunge alla città, colazione abbondante e personale simpatico. Un punto in meno perché dalla catena Hilton ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più come location. Se avete l' auto, attenzione che il parcheggio è al secondo piano inferiore. Il primo piano inferiore è di un altro hotel. C è un cartello all ingresso ma è scritto in piccolo e nessuno lo nota.

Non sono soddisfatto.

We stayed here as our usual hotel was fully booked On the main street with free car parking on street after 6pm at night until 8am in the morning . Hotel does have its own car parking but charges 15 euros a night and as we arrived after 6pm and departed by 8am no point in paying when you can park on the street It was very hot when we stayed and we were surprised to find that such a modern hotel did not have air-conditioning. We were provided with a fan for our room which I have to say without one the room would have been unbearable to sleep in Breakfast was fine the next day usual selection of breads, cheeses, meats etc Would we stay again? Probably not due to excessive heat in the room

L'hotel ha subito alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione recenti, ma sfortunatamente è stata utilizzata una moquette a bastone che ha reso il pavimento molto duro. È abbastanza vicino a tutto, il treno locale ti porterà in centro città, in circa 15 minuti. La camera era di dimensioni ragionevoli e il letto comodo. Il bagno era OK ma la doccia era piccola. Era insolito scoprire che il bar e il ristorante erano entrambi chiusi. Nelle vicinanze però c'è un supermercato dove si può comprare praticamente di tutto. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti locali raggiungibili a piedi. Il signore del turno pomeridiano è stato estremamente disponibile con indicazioni e suggerimenti. Un'altra nota positiva è che l'hotel è a pochi passi dal Museo Porsche, assolutamente da vedere.

It was the most traumatizing stay I ever had! The receptionst lied to me about being able to stay the next day even it was booked out on booking. She said they still have rooms and it’s still enough time to pay the next stay. I trusted her words! At 11 am when I was still asleep suddenly the housekeeping aggressively knocked on my door even the don’t disturb sign were out. They yelled in front of my door telling me I have to leave immediately!! I quickly put on some Clothes and told them that I already extended my stay. Of course I thought this incompetent receptionist blocked my room when she guaranteed me my room for the next day?! But instead those cleaners said it’s not possible to stay bc they are fully booked!! I first still thought it must be a misunderstanding, telling them what the receptionist told me the other day. She than even showed up herself. But instead of being apologetic she showed a total different face and even threatened me in an bossy tone that I have to leave by 12 pm which were in 40 min (!!) otherwise they would call the police!! 😳🤷‍♀️ I was SO shocked and disappointed but her super f*ed up behavior. I already extended the room on booking for another five nights (!!) bc she were so nice before! Everything were paid in advance!! I felt so fooled & trapped. I got only 40 min left to shower, dye my hair and to pack all my stuff!! When I just got out the shower like 20 min later and still in time (!) it started knocking on my door again. I was like wth 🤦‍♀️ When I opened the door in a towel, I couldn’t believe my eyes : IT WAS THE POLICE! like why? for what reason?? I totally didn’t get it! I was the one who got crazily trapped and degraded as never before and they are doing this to me? like why?? I calmly explained the officers what happened and Im pretty sure they themselves were thinking like what the hell are we even doing here.. I also told them that, of course I won’t return after everything what just happened and that I except to get a refund. The receptionist agreed. I promised to be out at 12 if they would let me go now to keep packing. The police left. I was never as stressed as I was in that moment! I even offered the staff some chocolate the day before..I really couldn’t believe this all just happened.. Bc I was rushing everything like crazy, I didn’t pack things properly as I normally do, so it was a challenge to close my suitcase. When it turned 12 p I was panicking like never before! I couldn’t close my suitcase.. It turned 1 after 12 and the terror immediately started again, knocking on my door/ yelling.. I just kept focusing on my suitcase. At 2 after 12 I finally got it. I went down to the front desk and were expecting my invoice and the refund as discussed before with the police. BUT, the same narc receptionist suddenly acted like she never told me so and refused to give me my money back. They obviously tried EVERYTHING to provoke and punish me for .. what exactly..? 🤷‍♀️ I asked for the manager. He called

Il personale era molto amichevole,Le camere sono molto pulite. Bagno super. Per le escursioni 2-3Tages l'hotel è davvero top. La colazione è molto ricco e delizioso. Parcheggio dovrebbe essere prenotato con il garage profondo. Eravamo molto soddisfatti. Ci piacerebbe tornare.

L'hotel è arrivato in molti anni. Soprattutto il bagno doveva essere ristrutturato, la temperatura corretta dell'acqua nel doccia è difficile da regolare. Ma per una notte è abbastanza. Ma ora è un grande punto di critica. A tre di notte un uomo con una chiave (senza colpire) è appena entrato nella nostra stanza. Quando mio marito ha lasciato un bicchiere da solo, è tornato. Ora ci viene la domanda cosa voleva? Soprattutto quando sono stata inviata come donna e mio marito non era stato registrato sul biglietto di registrazione (anche se abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia). La mattina dopo volevamo parlare con il capo dell'hotel, ma non era presente un sabato mattina. La collega ci ha detto che ci sono stati consegnati solo una chiave di due, la seconda chiave era in una casella chiave direttamente sul treno, accessibile a tutti e dotata di numero di stanza. Dopo aver detto che si tratta di un rischio di sicurezza, ha detto che sarebbe stato solo loro a cambiare e che presto sarebbero passati a carte di codice, il caso non è stato chiarito e non sono state risposte alla direzione dell'hotel. Per me sembra piuttosto disinteressato, non prenoteremo più questo hotel. Non trovo la situazione dell'hotel così male, ma la cosa principale è pulita ma voglio sentirmi al sicuro anche in un hotel e non è questo il caso.
