Hotel in zona Inselspitze, Stoccarda

Strategico sia per chi arriva in treno sia per chi arriva in auto. Ho parcheggiato nel Parkhaus Zeppelin-Carré, accanto all'hotel, per 20 euro al giorno. Trattasi di parcheggio coperto multipiano, sicuro e al centro della città, come il Motel One. Camera e bagno non grandissimi, ma adatti per una coppia o viaggio di lavoro. Doccia grande, arredamento moderno e minimal, decori e quadri a tema teatrale. Pulito, molto apprezzati i detergenti ecosostenibili certificati in bagno. Finalmente dei saponi di qualità e non monouso. Wifi funzionante.

Hotel molto pulito camere ampie con macchina x caffè Nespresso bollitore e frigo. personale gentile e professionale ottima la colazione e buona la cena a buffet... Comoda la posizione vicinissimo alla metro e con 2 fermate sei in pieno centro... Una bella chicca è la terrazza( o se vuoi anche al piano terra) che con un sottofondo musicale e una bella atmosfera puoi gustare ottimi drink ... Ah è attaccato ad un enorme centro commerciale... Hotel perfetto e consigliato

Molto bel hotel, buona posizione anche. Vicino a un grande centro commerciale che è conveniente per comprare cibo e tutto quello che è necessario. L'hotel ha tutto bene, anche lavanderia (gratuito) 😏

The Ruby Hanna hotel is in a great location close to many restaurants and shops, convenient to the train stations and near several taxi stands. The room was bigger than we expected and had a practical layout with a nice sized closet (which actually had room for a suitcase!) a shelf and hooks for coats, bags etc. The bed was comfortable and located as far away from the door/hallway as possible which meant it was quiet. Despite our stay coinciding with the first weekend of the Euros, and the hotel being quite busy, once we were in our room, we did not hear other guests. A nice touch was the Nespresso machine in the room for a quick coffee in the morning. The hotel bar is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed sampling several cocktails from their extensive cocktail menu and chatting with the staff and other guests. The breakfast was in the bar area, but we did not try it. (There are coffee shops and bakeries very close by if you want other breakfast options.) The hotel and bar staff were all very friendly and fun and definitely added to our experience. Overall, a great stay and we will definitely be back!

Il Maritim Hotel è altamente raccomandato. I dipendenti super gentili, sia nel servizio, nella reception o anche nel personale delle pulizie, sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili. Volentieri ancora e ancora. Ovviamente anche la posizione è ottima. Il centro (Arnuf-Klettplatz) è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10-20 minuti, a seconda di quanto siete bravi a camminare. Anche la colazione è fantastica. Come accennato in precedenza, un hotel di alto livello.

It was the most traumatizing stay I ever had! The receptionst lied to me about being able to stay the next day even it was booked out on booking. She said they still have rooms and it’s still enough time to pay the next stay. I trusted her words! At 11 am when I was still asleep suddenly the housekeeping aggressively knocked on my door even the don’t disturb sign were out. They yelled in front of my door telling me I have to leave immediately!! I quickly put on some Clothes and told them that I already extended my stay. Of course I thought this incompetent receptionist blocked my room when she guaranteed me my room for the next day?! But instead those cleaners said it’s not possible to stay bc they are fully booked!! I first still thought it must be a misunderstanding, telling them what the receptionist told me the other day. She than even showed up herself. But instead of being apologetic she showed a total different face and even threatened me in an bossy tone that I have to leave by 12 pm which were in 40 min (!!) otherwise they would call the police!! 😳🤷‍♀️ I was SO shocked and disappointed but her super f*ed up behavior. I already extended the room on booking for another five nights (!!) bc she were so nice before! Everything were paid in advance!! I felt so fooled & trapped. I got only 40 min left to shower, dye my hair and to pack all my stuff!! When I just got out the shower like 20 min later and still in time (!) it started knocking on my door again. I was like wth 🤦‍♀️ When I opened the door in a towel, I couldn’t believe my eyes : IT WAS THE POLICE! like why? for what reason?? I totally didn’t get it! I was the one who got crazily trapped and degraded as never before and they are doing this to me? like why?? I calmly explained the officers what happened and Im pretty sure they themselves were thinking like what the hell are we even doing here.. I also told them that, of course I won’t return after everything what just happened and that I except to get a refund. The receptionist agreed. I promised to be out at 12 if they would let me go now to keep packing. The police left. I was never as stressed as I was in that moment! I even offered the staff some chocolate the day before..I really couldn’t believe this all just happened.. Bc I was rushing everything like crazy, I didn’t pack things properly as I normally do, so it was a challenge to close my suitcase. When it turned 12 p I was panicking like never before! I couldn’t close my suitcase.. It turned 1 after 12 and the terror immediately started again, knocking on my door/ yelling.. I just kept focusing on my suitcase. At 2 after 12 I finally got it. I went down to the front desk and were expecting my invoice and the refund as discussed before with the police. BUT, the same narc receptionist suddenly acted like she never told me so and refused to give me my money back. They obviously tried EVERYTHING to provoke and punish me for .. what exactly..? 🤷‍♀️ I asked for the manager. He called

Nice hotel, suited as well for business trip as for holiday. We particularly appreciated the swimming pool and terrace, also the possibility to park at the hotel (although not free). Good bed, quiet to sleep. Friendly staff, possibility to have dinner even late in the evening. Good access also by bus or subway. Very nice breakfast, though expensive. Minor negative points: standard rooms are quite small, the parking spaces are small and limited.

Klasse Preis Leistungs Verhältnis: Selten so ein schönes Zimmer und so Top Service in dieser Preisklasse erhalten. Alles ging schnell und unkompliziert. Keine nervigen Wartezeiten für Check In und Check Out. Alles sauber. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Bestnote!

Questo posto è perfetto, il personale opera come una squadra, e sono indebolito professionale e amichevole. Tutti coloro che lavorano lì sono gentili, utili ed efficienti. Sono entrato dopo aver viaggiato diverse ore, e sono stato benvenuto. Ero nella mia stanza molto rapidamente. La stanza stessa era spaziosa e ben posata fuori, un sacco di spazio per settimane’ valore di vestiti di business e il piano di pavimento mi ha dato spazio per sentirmi comodo. Era molto tranquillo e mi sentivo molto sicuro. Ho usato i premi per la colazione, e così felice di aver fatto! Le offerte erano grandi (ho le restrizioni di dieta) e il personale era davvero fuori confronto. Il tazza riscaldata accanto ai produttori di caffè sono esempi di dettagli che lo hanno reso così piacevole. La posizione vicino alla fermata del treno era meravigliosa per entrare nel centro, e anche durante l’incidente del treno, gli autobus rendevano abbastanza facile raggiungere dove volevo andare quando non mi sentivo come guidare. La struttura di parcheggio addiacente era grande, anche caldo, secco, e sicuro.Mi piace tornare a Stuttgart per poter visitare il Holiday Inn di nuovo!
